I bought a 2017 GMC Sierra in Jan and was advised to take advantage of their extended bumper to bumper warranty plan. 7 months later I am so happy that I did an unforseen issue arose with the torque converter and within a month they had installed a brand new transmission all covered by the aforementioned warranty. A new radio installed, routine oil changes and periodic tire rotations have all been covered as well. Thank you Kendall Bennett. Shout out to Calvin Croft... the best used car salesman this side of the Mississippi. The service dept has also exceeded my expectations making this entire car buying experience very satisfying.

I had a great experience with Mark Hatok! He got me exactly what I wanted. This was my first big purchase and it was great to work with them. Everyone we dealt with at this location was informative and friendly! I’ve had my car for about a month now and I am in love with it! He has checked in on me a few times over the month and answered any questions I’ve had!
Let me set the stage. When we arrived, we were asked what we were interested in purchasing. Mac Howell had us sit in his office while he went and got the car. Once we had the car in front of us, Mac showed and explained all the great features, details, and amenities that the car had, while pausing often to make sure we didn’t have any questions. We test drove a 2025 Nissan Sentra Sport. But being a woman, I wanted to see what else he had on the lot. He took me to the lot and I got to see all the other cars and realized that Mac had picked the perfect car for me! Being stubborn, I left and went to look at a few other cars at different dealerships. I was back at Sparks Nissan Kia within a couple of hours.
