Call this morning to see if this shop could repair my car...I didn't know exactly what type of work they did, so asked the guy that answered the phone at 12:20 noon was this a body shop or do they also do repairs...he skipped over my question and said what type of vehicle do you have? I reiterated question again and his response was of course it is what do you think this is a mechanic shop. That was very nasty and unprofessional, and I would never allow your shop to fix on my car. Afterwards I came here to read reviews I'm like where is the customer service smh
Very good service , my car had popped out front bumper due to running over the curb . I went to multiple shops and all suggested to get it replaced and would have cost me huge money . I visited sanchez and ask them to fix it . They did it in very less amount with good service - Front bumper is as good as as new and I didn’t need a replacement. I would recommend to visit this shop and try them out .
I have used Japanese’s Automotive several times for a variety of services on three different Honda Accords. Today I picked up my son’s car which required an engine replacement. They are professional, honest, straight to the point, and reasonable. I highly recommend them.
I have been using Mr. Larry for a couple of years now & I am ALWAYS pleased by the work they do. I had an unexpected car trouble and called him, he got me in and fixed my car within no time. They are efficient, realizable, and friendly! I will be back (unfortunately LOL, my cars paid off)

I called these guys because of the great reviews, but was extremely disappointed by their unwillingness to help. I would have been more than happy to just drop my sons vehicle off with them. We would have waited however long for them to get around to checking it out, but it was as if that would not even be an option..
Nice people. Hate that labor costs so much. Might go back again. Hope my starter lasts a while tho! I was trying to avoid Honda dealer's costs, but not yet sure I was right.
Excellent service from honest folks. I came here fully expecting an expensive repair bill, but that wasn't the case. The repair luckily, turned out to be very minor. Sad truth is, you expect honesty, but too often dont get it. These guys could have (but did not) easily said I needed a new alternator and whatever else, doubt I would have questioned it. I'll be a customer here, from now on.

This place is as good as I have found in 50+ years as a car owner. Period. If they can't do what you need, they will refer you to someone who can...whom they trust, rather than take your $$ that would be better spent elsewhere.
Despite telling me they we're busy, they fixed my tie rods and break by the next day after I dropped her off.! They we're super nice and even did a few extra things. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.! Thanks guys(:
