Everything was explained. Even without an appointment, my service was started in a reasonable time. The work was completed within an hour after I agreed to the service plan. Altogether, it took about 2 hours.

We had a truly frustrating experience with the customer service. We were instructed to arrive at 5 PM for an appointment, so after driving for half an hour, we arrived only to be met with disappointing news: there was no technician available to assist us. It felt like a complete waste of time and left us feeling bewildered and upset.

Dropped my chevy 3500hd dully of this morning after calling yesterday to confirm that they could do. After dropping it off and numerous phone calls to them was told that they couldn't lift the truck. Try saying whatever was in the back was to heavy. I told him there's nothing in there cause our tools are at work.

I couldn’t ask for any better service. TJ was outstanding and the way he handled my issue. He didn’t try to over sale me. He listened, explained to the tech, and test drove the car after to make sure it was up to speed. Thank you TJ for your outstanding customer service.

AVOID THIS PLACE!! Scheduled an appointment using the webpage to have a battery replaced at 1pm. I arrived on time but told would be 30 mins before a tech would be back off lunch to work on it but would be done soon after. Hour and half later still waiting and my vehicle hasn't been looked at. Asked for update and told battery is on a sled and waiting to be installed. 30 mins later still waiting. If my battery wasn't completely dead I'd have left already. 3.5 hours later vehicle still hasn't been worked on.

I recently visited Firestone for an oil change and a new set of tires, and I can’t say enough about the incredible service I received. From the moment I walked in, the manager went above and beyond to make sure every one of my needs was taken care of. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely committed to making the experience smooth and stress-free. Not only did they take the time to walk me through my tire options and explain everything clearly, but It’s rare these days to find this level of professionalism and customer care. I left Firestone with my car running great and peace of mind, knowing I had been in excellent hands. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for honest, top-tier auto service. Will absolutely be coming back!

I had a great experience at Firestone! The staff and manager Lenin were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They walked me through the services my car needed without pressuring me into anything extra. The wait time was reasonable, and the prices were fair. I had a great experience at this Firestone location! From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, friendly, and efficient. A special thank-you to Charlie, the mechanic who worked on my car—he was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and why. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing quality work and helping customers feel confident about their vehicle’s condition. My car is running better than ever, and I’ll definitely be back the next time I need service. Highly recommend!

My family and I were on a trip from Mississippi to Texas when we realized the front tire of my car was coming apart … we found the local Firestone 20 miles ahead in Monroe LA so we stopped by … they were packed with cars on every lift and I just knew it would take hours and the birthday cake in the car was going to ruin BUT TJ the service member at the counter assured he would have me out in 30 minutes!! So I bought the tire, and he did not wait for a lift but decided to fix the tire the old fashioned way and jacked it up and replaced the tire all the while answering phone calls and dealing with other customers!! I was so impressed by him and the service provided by Firestone (Monroe) If I lived in the area they would definitely get my business for every thing my car needed !! TJ if your reading this - THANK YOU !! He even told me to bring the cake inside the store while we waited - made it to my dad’s bday party safely and the cake was a hit !!

Phenomenal customer service at this location by Lenin Quintana. I've been getting my car serviced at this location for years and the work is always great and the Custer service is again phenomenal. I feel like the guys at this location are members of my family.

Do not recommend!! I’ve been here 2x just for a oil change and the first time It took 3 hours so this time I decided to make an appointment for 8 am I get here at 12pm they tell me another hour for an oil change… don’t waste time

I’ve always had a great experience with Lenin at Firestone in Monroe! As a local I appreciate how welcoming he is and how genuinely he cares about my needs. I’m very naive when it comes to cars especially tires but he takes the time to explain everything clearly. His friendly demeanor and expertise make the process so much easier every time I’ve come in. If you’re looking for someone you can trust with your vehicle I definitely recommend Lenin!

Called the shop and asked about tires. The gentleman on the phone was very rude and said that Firestone only carries Firestone tires. According the their website they have my tires. That’s okay, we went to Southern Tire Mart and purchased my tires, they cost less and the customer services was 100% better. Firestones loss

I went in on 6/25 to replace 2 tires. I needed my front left and my back right tire. I retrieved my car and the tire pressure light was still on, so I returned back and the gentleman said it would go off. They put both new tires on the back. I got up this morning and the front left tire pressure was at 27 and the light was on again on the tire that should have been replaced. I returned on 6/26 and told them they didn't do what I asked them to. I waited almost 2 hours and the gentleman, brought 2 tires that I knew didn't come off of my car. He told me that they did. I knew then he was trying to play me. I told him that I wanted my money back and give me my original tires that I brought in. He said the manager would be in until next week. I told him I was done talking to him. The other guy gave me my car back, and the left tire pressure was at 50 lbs. I felt like they were playing me and I returned back to the shop, remind you I was angry at this point. I demanded that they take the air out, because it only supposed to have 35 lbs. I talked to a gentleman and he said that he was the manager and was off today. He said that I could not get my tires back, because they disposed them. If this is correct, how can the gentleman bring me some worn out tires and said they were mine. I will never do business here anymore. I'm attaching the picture with the amount of air pressure, they attempted to send me home with. The trust is gone!

The worst Firestone I've been to and I go all the time. From Texas to Louisiana to Mississippi or wherever I'm traveling too. This location is very slow and the staff is rude. The Hispanic guy working the desk had a whole argument with me (the customer) and walked off as if he had something no one else offers. I had been quoted a price, tires ordered and I returned only to be treated with disrespectful and rudeness. I won't grace them with my presence again!

DO NOT COME HERE. I waited for over three hours for just two tires to be put on my truck. I even made an appointment ahead of time and was told I'd be in and out in thirty minutes, tops. First I sat for two hours while nothing was going on, then my truck finally got pulled into the bay and they tried to replace the wrong two tires. It got so bad, the guy working on my truck came to me and asked why I was changing to perfectly good tires. I had to literally point to my rear tires and say, oh you mean the bald ones I want replaced?!? Then he took them off, and could not figure out how to put on two new tires, had to get someone else to help him. Then! He stopped working on my truck and started working on someone else's car for another hour. I'm still here waiting for my tires to be put on!!! It would be funny if it wasn't so sad

I can't believe Firestone asked me to leave a review after I completed their survey. But, here it is. I had an appointment for noon, by 2:15 the car had not been taken into a bay to begin the tire change, at which point I asked an attendant on the status. The car was finally taken in around 2:30. After service was complete I noticed the 2 new tires on the driver side did not have caps on the stems. After getting those taken care of, as I pulled out of the parking lot the car started shimmying and making a bad rumbling sound. I pulled over as quickly as I could and discovered that the front passenger side new tire was not fully bolted down; the lugnuts were not even finger tight. Afraid to drive the car back I called the shop to get someone to come over. That's a 2:5 hour delay, and 75% of the tires with some issue, one of which could have been catastrophic pulling onto a very busy throughway.I have never had bad service at this location, but I%27m extremely dissatisfied, and frankly, angry about the service this time.

Literally sitting outside the parking lot made an appointment in the morning they gave me a 3 pm time got here waited for over half an hour after it took me an hour to drive here just for them to tell me they won’t be getting to me today. Please explain what an appointment is for to begin with. When I asked for the general managers card I was refused and told to go and google it. These people need a good talking to. I watched 3 other customers come out very displeased as well. A manager must not be on duty. They were just standing on the side for a good 10 minutes joking around instead of working. Very poorly handled

I have had the worst experience here. I was driving from GA to TX. My car started overheating just outside of Delhi. We ended up having to leave the car aT Firestone and getting a rental car to get back home. This was on a Friday morning. We called Firestone around 4pm that day to see if they found anything. We were told they haven’t. We called again on the following Tuesday for an update. They told us it was the thermostat and they ordered the part and it would be fixed the following day. I called again on Wednesday and was told the wrong part was ordered and they had to reorder, but they assured me it would be ready by Saturday.. I called once again on Friday to make sure my car was ready. I was told it was ready and it would be fine to fly in on Saturday to pick it up, so I booked a flight for the next day. We get there only to be told my car wasn’t ready and that they “think” it’s the water pump, but they aren’t sure and suggested we take it to Ford to get it fixed. They proceeded to ask, “Didn’t anyone call and tell you this?” Our response was, absolutely not. Not once did this location reach out to us with updates and instead we constantly called to find out information and it was apparently all FALSE information. So, we paid for another tow and now we don’t know when it’ll be fixed and I had to buy another flight home. This is absolutely ridiculous and absurd. The zero communication and giving false information had put me out so much money it’s wrong. I honestly feel like I should be compensated for, at a minimum the two flights I had to purchase for them giving the wrong information.

Was headed to TX from SC for a wedding and got a flat tire on the rental we had on the highway..Enterprise didn’t have a SUV for us to swap out so they told us to go to the nearest Firestone for a tire replacement..the young man at the counter (sorry I forgot his name) greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome which was much needed after the day we had.. he took care of us and had us on our way in no time..most importantly, we made it to the wedding on time..thank you Sir for your help and for a very pleasant experience!!

Driving recently deceased mother's car from Florida to my home in Oklahoma. It's 7 am Sunday morning and I have a flat tire. I'm stressed as it is, so and I change the flat and bring it to Firestone. The manager and tech (Joshua) were outstanding. They had me fixed up in no time with a new tire. Highly recommend this location.
