Patience is a virtue. They helped me with a 2 week process of fixing oxygen sensors and catalytic converter manifold. This is an ongoing process but the staff is friendly and professional with me and the warranty company SilverRock which is worse warranty company I’ve ever dealt with.

I had an incredible experience at Firestone thanks to Terrance. The moment I walked, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me. He took the time to explain what my vehicle needed in a clear, honest way with no pressure and no upselling, just great customer service. The work was completed in a timely manner , and I left feeling confident everything was handled correctly. Terrance truly went above and beyond, and because of him, I’ll definitely be returning to Firestone and recommending this location to others.

I visited this store Jan 10, 2025. I was VERY pleased with the customer service. This was my 2nd visit and the 1st one wasn't so pleasant. The new store manager, Terrance, was extremely nice and communicated the wait time with me. I also loved the way he communicated with other customers. Very patient young man. LOVED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE

$120 diagnostic fee on top of a $580 service. Unfortunately was stranded and had no other choice but have never been screwed like that. Pointed it out and guy working said “I know it’s pretty cheap” to which I said I knew it wasn’t, coming from someone in the industry. Please get out of the habit of targeting young women because you assume they don’t know anything. :-) Also, was charged for a sensor replacement I was not informed of so that added an extra unexpected $75. Worst Firestone experience I’ve ever had.

Great experience. Booked easily online. Showed up early. Very accommodating and took us in. Super friendly. All services (oil change|tire rotationlsensor reset performed as asked. Way cheaper than quote we got from dealership! Plus dealership couldn’t fit us in til “next week” and we had a trip out of town. 100% recommend! -Jan B.

Terrible experience. Came in because I had a nail in my tire. I either needed a patch or a new tire. I was told when I called that I could be serviced after an oil change in about 20-30 minutes. I sat there for over TWO hours. My car stayed in the same spot the entire time up until the last 15 minutes I was there. I witnessed other people coming in asking for service at 5:20 (I had already been waiting an hour) and heard the guy say “I don’t know, we close at 6 but I can try to fit you in.” The man was serviced before me even though I had been there an hour at this time already. After finally getting to my car after waiting over two hours, I was told nothing could be done except to order a new tire and that it would be in the next day. I was also told to get there as early as possible. When I stated that I work and can’t be there until 4-4:15 the next day, I asked “Will the wait be this long tomorrow?”. The man replied that it shouldn’t be but I should also hurry because his “when his guys are ready to dip, they dip.”
VERY terrible experience. I have a warranty with Firestone on my tires, but decided to come to Southern Tire Mart today instead and fork out money just because the service is MUCH better and more professional (I was serviced within 2 minutes of arriving at Southern Tire Mart in West Monroe might I add). I will never walk foot into a Firestone again.

I wish I could give negative stars! I’ve been getting my car serviced at this store for about three years now. They started out great but quickly became just like the horrible Firestone businesses I used previously. I came in to get my oil changed and was turned away because they were too busy and told to make an appointment. So I made an appointment and went back only to wait five hours. When I asked why I was told they were busy. I reminded them I had an appointment only to be told appointments don’t matter. Then why make them??!!!! The guy wasn’t even nice. He’s been rude multiple times and I kept giving them another chance because the manager (who I haven’t seen in a long time) was always helpful and respectful. Plus they’re open on the weekend. I work weekdays so it’s great to be able to get service. I attempted to drop in at 8 AM on a Saturday for tires and an oil change only to be rudely told I would have to wait 7-8 hours or drop my car off. I live an hour away so that’s not an option. I tried to call and make an appointment but nobody answered all day! I started calling when they opened. They obviously don’t care if they get my business so I’ll take a day off and go to Goodyear. It’ll be worth it to get courteous service that I won’t have to wait all day for. I’ve also NEVER had anyone take four hours to change my oil except the Firestone employees. So I’m done. Great job guys! You managed to lose a loyal paying customer!
Update: the manager called me and apologized for everything. He asked me to come in and he serviced my car quickly with a good discount because he cares about his business. However, he definitely needs to promote his rude employee to customer. Everyone has an off day on occasion, but that employee’s bad attitude bleeds over onto customers constantly. I was traveling late on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, and I was really in a bind with some engine problems about 4 hours from home. These guys did a great job getting me back on the road as fast as possible. Great customer service.

I've been a customer here twice now stopping in for a new tire then an oil change both situations I was in a bind as these kinds of things don't happen at opportune times. Both times TJ was working and was able to fit me in and get me taken care of while at the same time working the desk and the service station. He was truly able to do it all. He deserves a raise!

My husband came to this tire shop to get a new tire put on a rim for us. My husband was greeted by a man wearing glasses and a red shirt who informed my husband that they would work on the tire soon. This man did not begin working on the tire and instead took lunch without offering the job to someone else. My husband waited for an hour while numerous tire jobs came in and got sent out that arrived after he did. This is extremely unprofessional. It would have taken 3 minutes to swap the tire and instead he left my husband waiting for a ridiculous amount of time without even acknowledging him after saying he would get started on it.

Had a blowout on my flat tow vehicle and came in almost at closing time and tj stayed and personally took off my tires and installed new one and had a hard time taking the shredded tire off with all the steel belts sticking out . A true professional all the way . Josiah was a great help as well. Thanks so much gentleman.

Dropped a tire off to be patched when they opened with 2 other customers there. Was told it’d be ready in an hour. Gave them 2.5 hours and went back to a shop full of cars and customers and my tire hadn’t moved. He told me they got busy and it would be another hour. No apology, saying we will jump right on it. Pitiful!

This was a terrible experience. I ran over a deer that ran into me on the road causing a minor dent my bumper . Swerving avoiding the body hitting the head and running it over also caused my truck to be out of alignment and my back passenger side tire to be pushed back . ( leaf spring probably needs to be repaired)
I took my truck to Firestone on a Thursday to get a call on Sunday saying “yea you hit a deer we can refer you to a body shop” in the call I explained how I needed alignments because my steering wheel was off as well as my rear passenger tire. It was like I sparked an idea for them. I told them once again what I needed and they were then PUTTING IT BACK ON THE RACK when I showed up Sunday. I spoke to Jim where I was told “it’s being put back on the rack then with a smirk he says “ so tell me , you didn’t hit no deer , you hit a culvert “ I was so enraged , but calm and said it’s hysterical your trying to play Sherlock Holmes when it took 2 days just for my truck to be looked at and need alignments . He lost his composure and said “I’ll give you back your keys “

I had a great experience at this Firestone location! From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, friendly, and efficient. A special thank-you to Charlie, the mechanic who worked on my car—he was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and why. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing quality work and helping customers feel confident about their vehicle’s condition. I went in on 6/25 to replace 2 tires. I needed my front left and my back right tire. I retrieved my car and the tire pressure light was still on, so I returned back and the gentleman said it would go off. They put both new tires on the back. I got up this morning and the front left tire pressure was at 27 and the light was on again on the tire that should have been replaced. I returned on 6/26 and told them they didn't do what I asked them to. I waited almost 2 hours and the gentleman, brought 2 tires that I knew didn't come off of my car. He told me that they did. I knew then he was trying to play me. I told him that I wanted my money back and give me my original tires that I brought in. He said the manager would be in until next week. I told him I was done talking to him. The other guy gave me my car back, and the left tire pressure was at 50 lbs. I felt like they were playing me and I returned back to the shop, remind you I was angry at this point. I demanded that they take the air out, because it only supposed to have 35 lbs. I talked to a gentleman and he said that he was the manager and was off today. He said that I could not get my tires back, because they disposed them. If this is correct, how can the gentleman bring me some worn out tires and said they were mine. I will never do business here anymore. I'm attaching the picture with the amount of air pressure, they attempted to send me home with. The trust is gone!

Was headed to TX from SC for a wedding and got a flat tire on the rental we had on the highway..Enterprise didn’t have a SUV for us to swap out so they told us to go to the nearest Firestone for a tire replacement..the young man at the counter (sorry I forgot his name) greeted us with
a smile and a warm welcome which was much needed after the day we had.. he took care of us and had us on our way in no time..most importantly, we made it to the wedding on time..thank you Sir for your help and for a very pleasant experience!!May 19, 2025
