Called and the operator said that she could get someone there in an hour and Josh was there in less than an hour! I told him what was going on with my car and he found the issue, fixed it and they didn’t charge me the full $150 due to not having to tow it. Overall, the process was great and took a huge weight off my shoulders with them getting there in a timely manner. Customer service was on point! Thank you!
They towed my handicap uncles van. It was in a handicap spot and has a handicap license plate. That van is his only way of transportation. These people suck.
