We had a horrible incident with a car bring strapped to a uhaul trailer hitch incorrectly and it eventually came off thankfully when we were not driving on the hwy needless to say we were STUCK for 4 hours but as soon as uhual finally got it together to help us seeing they were at fault this company responded asap.
Joe and Jarrad were just heaven sent. They moved speedily and worked out a plan to figure out a solution for our very unlikely situation and made a stressful situation feel so much better. Thanks!!
Very rude on the phone We needed an estimate for towing truck and trailer from Monroe to Shreveport and they were so angry and not willing to provide estimate . I would never agree on open work order per hour with towing- thats how you get scammed -learned the hard way
Excellent service and an extremely courteous driver - Garrett went above and beyond and really took care of us when our van broke down just outside of town. If you find yourself in need of towing services in this area, this is a great number to call!
