I was lied to I was told they had my alternator for my truck and clearly they didn't I had to look at 300 trucks by myself with no help to find that they didn't have the part I needed
Terrible service they were very rude. They said they close at 5 but close 30 minutes early and I wasn’t able to get my parts. Terrible experience here!
My friend paid for a transmission $750, on a certain date. U- Pull -It called him 3 days later when they finally pulled it from a vehicle. They told him his warranty was for 30 days. He tried to return it because it was faulty, 27 days after he received it. I was with him. They told him his warranty started the day he paid his money. Yet they gave it to him 3 days later. They said he would get nothing. Also since he was kinda getting upset (not even angry). trying to understand why it hasn't been 30 days and they were to keep his money. The manager came up and said. He was gonna try to work something out, however since he wasn't liking my friend's attitude. He wasn't giving him anything back. My friend called his bank and explained that he thought he had 3 more days to return. The bank agrees and reverses,the money was returned from U- Pull -It back to my friend.
There was 2 guys in there that was verry rood and verry mean tord one there coustomers verry poor service thay need to really do something about how there employes talk and treat peopel
It’s a great place to buy all your use car and truck parts. The prices are just unbelievable, see ya there. The manger and his crew are giving excellent customer service.
I like coming here for my used parts. Most of the time I can find what I need. Might not be the exact color but will do. So far I have gotten fair deals on my parts. However, the "membership" card you get seems to be a scam. Since I purchased it I haven't been asked about it when I check out. They just 'knock off some money' as they are ready to go, so I was told. What good is a membership if it's not utilized? $20 down the drain.
I purchased a vehicle from here about a week ago for $1000 and the vehicle ran when i was allowed to test drive it the man only allowed me to drive on the side street right onside the building which the guy Landon advised me had a lot of pot holes OK now the vehicle is a standard shift so with that being said I couldn't really put my foot on the gas and see what the vehicle do when I pick up speed or switch gears because I couldn't go to fast OK so I purchased the vehicle drove it around front && the car started smoking and been sitten there every since gas leaking real bad and they telling me they can only give me $375 back they are very bad at working with customers they are not there to help this has been the worst day of my life I have 3 kids and really needed transportation
What can I say? It's a workinf man's heaven for car parts! Good pricing. Great staff. Great facilities and support! It's my go to for parts that would otherwise make flipping an occasional car or truck not financially viable. If you haven't tried it do so, it's an interesting experience the first time and easy on the Ole pocketbook.!
I came in 1/29/24. And bought 4 very good rims and tires. I had a flat on my car when I went to put on my car the rim didn’t fit. They told me no refund or exchanges on tires which I knew and could sell them. But I had a flat and just spent 100 dollars. I found one that would work and told them I could borrow some money to pay for it but I had a flat. We decided that I would leave 2tires for collateral and get them when I came back. When I came back my tires were gone. They they weren’t responsible even though they had them as collateral. I paid for 4 tires and only got 3. 2 very good tires we’re gone. This is not good business.
Went to u auto pull an they were fine but they closed at 300 pm an we didnt know they were closed they locked us in an when one of the guys came back to let us out he was very rude i ask if i could come back to get my parts he told me to come during hours they were open he was really hateful about it when i went back to get my parts he wasrude an talk down on me dont know if i will go back
Had exactly what I was looking for , $75 instead of $250 on Amazon! The people are cool and patient, it's fun to roam around looking for parts you could use, and you save a ton of money if doing it yourself is your thing! This place is great!
I love this place! Talk about need to pack a lunch and stay all day! If you're able to pull the part u need this is the best place to come to. Prices are unbeatable but the heat this time of year is almost unbearable!
This place is a joke. The new management has bought a bunch of cars that are wasting space should be scrapped. We bought a climate control module a headlight and two ratty sun visors and a half broken console arm rest for 97 firebird 52$ The previous crew was on point! cashiers nice tho
Love this place!! Been coming for so many years, I can't remember.. probably since they opened!! Need a part?? Come see if they have it,.. if so it'll be Way cheaper than brand new!! We have gotten cosmetic as well as mechanical!!
I've never been helped so good yet intimidated so much at the same time. The guy who helped me (Dean? Or Jean?) Was very helpful and answers all my questions and got me new lights. My girl was with me and said he looked like he could kick people's butts in 12 different styles... Not sure but l think I agree. I'd go back but I would be on best behavior. Over all great experience yet terrifying.
Although the part we were looking for was hard to pry off the car, the place was easy to navigate and as organized as could be. The staff was so helpful and I can't help but be grateful for the sink at the exit where we washed up before leaving.
Very helpful finding the car I needed and even gave me a print out showing all cars and their location. Extremely hot that day and was given free water. Employee offered to stay after closing so I could get what I needed and to top it all off on my second day there as I was leaving at 5 I was given a free snow cone from the snow cone truck in the parking lot. No joke. I'll without a doubt be back.
My experience was mostly positive. They had inventory I needed, with a couple of options (was looking for a 5.4L engine). But, I wish things could have been done a little better such as:
1. Customizer service on the inside could have given me a better listing of which vehicles on site had a 5.4 so I didn't have to wander around inventory.
2. Better timing and communication from the staff when having an engine pulled. While this could be debated, and viable reasons given for going beyond the time frame, let the customer at least know, because sometimes things are time sensitive.
Doesn't matter if you show up unprepared for remove a part off of a vehicle for a small fee it's done loaded up and you're on your way great place plan to go back soon
Mostly have what you're looking for and for very good, reasonable prices that you just can't find anywhere else. But DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT pay for them to take it off. I promise you you will be very displeased. No consideration or single care for the customer in terms of your priorities and urgencies for the part. I promise you will be better off bringing your own tools and getting it off yourself. I was charged $67, $60 of that being the labor and $7 being the part. It was in a difficult spot, but they promised to have it off that day. Well.......I'm still waiting on it. And labor is nonrefundable.
I would recommend u - pull it over any of the local salvage yards. I was in search of a door for my truck and called every local salvage yard that popped up in my Google search. I got prices that ranged from $100- $250. I visited the junkyard that quoted me the $100 price in west monroe to find that it was horribly nasty and the people that worked there were not very organized at all. I left and went to u - pull it easily found the door I needed and got them to pull it for me and paid less than $100 for it. This is a clean, organized place, with lots of vehicles to choose from. I will go here first from now on if I need any parts. The prices are terribly reasonable and the employees are very helpful. It's worth the short drive.
I have never seen a more organized salvage yard in my life. All the vehicles are well situated and up on stands so that you can access every part of the vehicle. Counter people are helpful and there is even a place for customers to clean up. Outstanding business!
