I highly recommend Schriever Auto Parts and their employee Lloyd Mitchell, if you ever lock your keys in your vehicle. Our wait was less than 30 minutes total. Once Lloyd arrived, he had our vehicle open in a couple minutes. This was a Sunday afternoon. Lloyd had such a wonderful attitude and personality. Service with a smile! Schriever Auto Parts is blessed to have such a wonderful employee!
On Friday morning while on my way, my truck stopped. When driver Lamont was dispatched, he actually arrived sooner than I thought. I have waited up to a couple of hours in the past for a tow truck. He was prompt, professional and very respectful. I would not hesitate to recommend him and this tow service to anyone who values their time and want a great job done!
OMG, let me just say, it was so hot.!! The estimated time was 49-79 minutes before Mr. Lloyd got there, he pulled up no later than 20minutes. It took him less than 5 to put my car on the bed. Quick, professional, efficient, and laid back. I sure appreciate him, cause that heat was no joke! Thank you SO much.
