Bought my first vehicle from this location today. Read the reviews and prepared for the worst. I had a great experience, the lady at front helped walk me through using the app for next time. Showed me other tips and tricks to navigate easier. Just amazingly helpful. The manager let me pick up the vehicle even though I didn't follow correct steps, my own fault. They went above and beyond. When the operator brought my car out he was also super nice and helpful. All around amazing experience.
If the people working here respected how many hours it takes some of us to get here, it might be better run. The inside staff act like their job is complex, and their attitudes are disgusting. As well they will always help the people they see on the regular then to help those that was begote them. I always have to remind myself that there is a reason why I make 5k-7k a week. I have to remember that I get paid to deal with the crap that I deal with. It's disgusting, but it is what it is. No bad review or complaint will change this place. It boils down to poor management. They need to fire and rehire an entirely new inside staff.
The staff were nice but I had to come back ✌🏼times to pick up my Honda. Very busy establishment but I am pretty sure the next buy will go a lot smoother. Sold this car last week so all good and I appreciate them!! 😁💲
