Keith arrived on time and was very professional. Price was appropriate for travel distance. I’ve always heard horror story’s about getting a vehicle towed, but this was as easy and as painless as it could get. The tow truck was aesthetically pleasing also.
Internal damage to vehicle by tow truck driver trying to put the vehicle in neutral. Driver never mentioned an issue or asked for permission to remove anything. I noticed damage after vehicle dropped and he stated he couldn’t get it to go bk down and accused someone else of tampering with it priority to him.
Incredibly rude and disrespectful drivers. This town is just a network of good old boys taking advantage of people. Every tow company is in bed with the others and they’re all watching out for each other to the detriment of us customers. Tower took on 2 other cars and didn’t communicate with me leaving me stranded for hours with no news. Then after I complained to his boss he called me back and yells at me. I could tell no one really cared. Good old boys club round here.
