Great experience. Had some galled up bolts on my catalytic converter that no muffler shop would mess with. These guys got them off without snapping them in a few hours and bolted up my new converters. Very satisfied. Great work

Was referred to them by a family friend I have an 05 Cummins 3500 I tried everything I could for abt 2 months n couldn’t get anything to work within 3 days n a full shop they had not only diagnosed my problem but fixed my problem and they didn’t charge me an arm leg n the first born I have nothing but good things to say about Bryan n refer everyone to them first time putting a vehicle in a shop n I was scared of price but these guys care bout there customers n strive for excellence will be going back in a few weeks to get my transmission diagnosed all I can say is good things about these guys and I hope this helps anyone looking cause this is the only shop I’ll go to and the only shop that fixes problems instead of putting a band aid on it to make it out the parking lot wish I could give them more than 5 stars cause they definitely changed my outlook on diesel shops can’t say this enough thank you guys for helping a young buck out ??❤️
I had bought a new-to-me 2018 F-550 and the motor blew up 2 weeks later. Brought it to Complete Diesel and they confirmed the previous diagnosis (from a shop farther from home. I was out of state when it blew.), they also cut open the oil filter and found the classic metal glitter oil. They put in a new Ford motor, turbo, glow plugs, etc and they did it much faster than I expected. The price was also right. Been hauling equipment ever since.

My 2017 Ram 2500 6.7 Cummins (my forever truck, the last one I ever plan to own) got poisoned by bad fuel from some sketchy pump. Truck would idle all day long but the second I touched the throttle it fell on its face. Dead in a parking lot. Every other diesel shop I called wanted $1,800–$2,500 just to start, no guarantees, “might still need injectors,” the usual scare tactics.
Complete Diesel answered the phone like a human being who actually gave a damn. Listened to the whole story, calmed me down, and said, “We got you.” Quoted me $675 to drop the tank, dump the contaminated fuel, blow out the lines, new filters front and rear, and get me running. One day turnaround while the shop was slammed. That’s it. No upsell, no drama, no ghosting.
Picked it up the next afternoon and it runs better than it has in years. Strong, smooth, no hesitation, like the nightmare never happened.
I’ve been turning wrenches and owning diesels for over 30 years. I have never—NEVER—walked out of a shop for under a grand, and it’s never taken less than a week. These guys are the real deal: honest, fast, fair, and they genuinely care.
If you have a Cummins, Duramax, Powerstroke, or you just love your truck like family, take it to Complete Diesel. If they’re booked solid, wait. Tell them the guy with the silver 2017 6.7 sent you. Go twice if you have to. I want these people so buried in business they have to put up a bigger building and hire more good humans just like them. They’ve earned every bit of it.

Great service on the repairs. Truck is running great and it was done in a very reasonable amount of time. Scott even came outside and assisted my brother with a reset issue he was having on the cluster in his car. I will be back as repairs are needed.
Wow! I have been a customer for years. Listed each problem my 2009 Mazda Tribute had. The specific problem was my A/C not cooling and was draining the battery. Just needed the fan belt tightened. A nail was found in one of the tires - was repaired, was losing air very rapidly. Asked for a front end alignment, was told alignment not needed. Oil was changed, 5 year old battery was replaced, wipers replaced, Leaks from sun roof was not necessary at this time. Lastly, Bryan's technician scanned the car thoroughly, and all was done in a little over 3 hours. There was no pressure on this sweet little old lady to spend more. Was told my car was in excellent condition. Never, ever will I go elsewhere, my car is in good hands. Thanks, I highly recommend you guys!

Brand new shop opened in Walker. We were taking our stuff elsewhere but waiting for close to two months for repairs to be completed. These guys have been quick and efficient for repairs needed at this time.

I finally found a trustworthy auto repair shop after my mechanic retired. I lost my power steering so I got it towed to Complete Diesel and Automotive on a Thursday and it was ready Friday afternoon. Such a relief. Scott and Bryan were very professional and kept me updated on the repair. I highly recommend this shop.

I called to get a quote on an airbag control module reset. They said $170.00 and that they could do it. They kept my car for 1 hour and charged me $207.00 and they couldn't reset it, so actually they didn't do anything to it but still charged me. If this was my business I would not have charged anything for a service I couldn't fix. I will definitely not refer anyone to this place. Wow. I hope this helps people know they are not good to do business with.
I have never had a bad experience with Complete. They have always worked to get me the best deal in the shortest amount of time. Very friendly, very honest. I trust them with all of my vehicles.

Tires are well balanced, BUT was quoted $140.00 and charged $225.00. Brian you should ashamed of your business a co worker just used my phone to get a quoted on a repair on his vehicle and since I gave you 3 stars and let people know you charged me 85.00 more than you said and had to use SCC shop to balance tires since your balance machine needs service thanks for your help.
Mr Bryan and the mechanic crew definitely took care of my vehicle and in a timely manner. Dropped my truck off because of a belt issue on a Wednesday evening and it was ready to be picked up Thursday afternoon. Overall great experience and fair pricing. Will definitely be back if I need more work to be done.
As always we had a great experience at Complete during our recent appointment for an oil change. The service was excellent and done in a timely manner.
