Called them about a tow on trailer. Said they could take care of it. Said they went and looked and they couldn’t get it. Never let me
Know. Then I called back asking questions and was told very rudely “I am laying in the bed, I’ll get to it at 930 - 10:00 in the morning”. They do not care what you have got going on, or what items you need for YOUR business, if they do not feel like it they do not help. I will never use their services again.
My customer got a tow from them. They didn’t give her a receipt so she could get reimbursed at the time of the tow. I called next day to get a receipt, the lady said that they didn’t have one yet because the tow truck driver had a family emergency. No big deal, understood completely. I then called the next week and asked for it, she then told me that it was in the back in filing and that she was the only one there and would get it when she could get to it. I gave her my contact information with my email. Followed up a couple days later, said she would send it to me and never did. Called a month later and gave my contact information AGAIN and my customers name with the date of the tow. Said she would email it to me. Still have not gotten it.The tow was May 2nd 2025. Terrible customer service and excuse after excuse (not blaming the guy who had the family emergency. So now MY customer is out of $110 because whoever is running this place is not capable of SENDING A RECEIPT.
I don’t think this company is progressive like once was, the other night a driver name Sonny Kimble was completely out of his mind, unprofessional and started a confrontation with my neighbors for no reason, thought they were “following him”(being very aggressive!) SUPER unprofessional!! They didn’t fire him after my landlords had to call twice and complain. I don’t know who they are hiring now but definitely not the people I would want to come do a professional job! The best drivers this company had was Breland and Dennis! Fast and super generous hard working guys! Also when Gerald use to run calls. Hands down have lost some of their best drivers! Disappointed in new management.
I can't recommend this establishment and their driver Breland enough. He came to my rescue this morning and was nothing but kind, courteous, and fast. Next time I need a tow, I won't hesitate to call these guys. Thank you for amazing service.
There's a reason this place is generations strong. Family oriented is not even the beginning of it. These people have gone above and beyond numerous times and highly recommend.
Fantastic people to deal with. Go above and beyond in providing a service without overcharging the customer. Hope that I don't need again, but will always call on Dugas for a wrecker from now on if i do.
We’ve used them for almost 30 years, and I can’t say we’ve ever had a complaint. Very professional, very friendly, and have always been there when they said they would. I just had to use them the other day! Locally owned and operated! I highly recommend them!
Called at 8am. Was told that I would get a call back. Never received call back. Called again 2 hrs later. Was then told it would be around an 1hr. 4 hours later, no call, no show. Always an excuse.
5 stars without thought. Called them at 3:45 for a private property tow. The driver was pulling out with the vehicle at 4:25. I had waited at home from 9:00 am to 3:30 for another company to show up after being told at 8:45 that they were en route. They never showed so I called and cancelled. Trading Post will be my first call from now on.
Dugas has a customer for life! This company really knows how to treat customers and are just amazing!! Thank you guys for treating me so kind when I was very stressed about getting my car. Thank y'all I will definitely use Dugas in the future and refer anyone to use their services. Amy in the office was amazing!! Great company and amazing people.
If I could, I’d give Dugas Trading Post Wrecker 10 stars. They went above and beyond to tow a wrecked car from Louisiana to Texas. They were professional, reasonably priced and above all else, just kind people. They really were the only bright spot of an otherwise terrible day. Dennis is the best!!!
If you are ever in the area and find yourself in need of some help, you could not find a better crew than the one at Dugas. So professional, eager to help, and all around just good people! I would give a 10 star review if I could!
Used road side assistance through state farm..and after HOURS of waiting them to find someone, Dugas finally came to my rescue. Jason was patient and waited for me to bring him the keys and he was very very nice.
Super helpful group! Lady on the phone was super sweet. They got there quick and the driver did a great job of taking care of my car. I drive a pretty small low car and he loaded it perfectly. Five stars.
I have had the pleasure of working along side Trading Post Wrecker Service for over 20 years in a professional atmosphere. When they are called upon they are there without hesitation. They do an exceptional job when on scene of a crash, breakdown or crime scene.
I have called upon Trading Post for personal vehicles as well and they have always been ready to help in a time of need no matter how far you are they are coming.
No matter the size or how bad it is they can handle it. They have always been an exceptional business in our community and the surrounding area. I would highly recommend them for any of your towing needs.

These are the most disgusting money-driven greedy people and very unprofessional I tried to get management to address a problem to no avail I've been tried to get the owners to address my problem to no avail I I sent out five letters addressed to the owner or management nothing no no response so after 7 weeks I did receive a letter in the mail from the secretary it wasit was an invoice for $1,700 nothing at all about my complaint it was completely ignored
