My car was towed there, and they went above and beyond to help me get everything handled same day—including getting my inspection done so I could get legal and back on the road. Everyone in the office was super helpful, but special thanks to Mandy for being so patient and kind throughout the whole process. So thankful for the team at Brown's!
How to get a power steering high pressure hose off of a 92 Ford for my 95 f150 everywhere else is 30 to 50.00. Brown's charged me 10 bucks. They give you a roundabout of where the vehicle is at and I suggest wearing boots when you go back there and bring your own tools obviously.
Picked up my enclosed trailer after an accident. The guys were very conscientious of my tools during the tow. The yard put my trailer in a place I could access it when I lined up another trailer to pick up my tools and they gave ample time to get my tools. Considering the day, they made it as easy as possible to move on to the next step.
I looked all over the Livingston Parish area for a stock rim for my 06 Toyota Corolla. Browns was the only place that had it. They allowed me to try it on my car, and even made another issue that was my fault completely, stress free. Laid back Country Boys, My kinda place! Ill be back for sure, Thank You Browns!!!
Nice people but my car had to literally be towed less than 1 mile and I was absolutely overcharged. Hope to never have to get my car towed again but if I do I will find any other local towing company, not this one.
I won't go into the boring details of how I stumbled upon Brown's but I'll tell you one thing, this place gave me better customer service than ANY of the other 22 places I called. I'm a single mom who called their shop in a slightly emotional panic. With a cracked voice, I tried explaining what I needed and without hesitation, they told me to come in. I couldn't make it in for 3 days but once I did, They were still SO KIND to me. I couldn't find any place willing/ able but they were willing to help get what I needed to get me back on the road. I cried as I left because you just do NOT experience the level of kindness they showed to me. They have a customer for life. They have a reference for LIFE, anyone I can will be referred to Brown's for LIFE. And as soon as I can, I'll be back to give the worker (who also went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me) a real tip - He gave me a shirt from his own vehicle to lay down so it didn't ruin the trunk carpet of my mom's Lexus. This place gave me chick fil a customer service when I was in a desperate position and I am beyond grateful for them.
THANK YOU BROWN'S SALVAGE OF DENHAM SPRINGS... You don't know what it truly means to me to be shown just a little bit of kindness during a time when I thought I'd lose my job if I couldn't get my car back on the road.
Brown salvage has been around since I was a kid and I am now 39 years old LOL this place has so many vehicles from old to new if you need a part nine times out of 10 it's going to be there you might have to search but it's usually there and sometimes you can find old cars that you just want to fix up which is really cool and a good hobby and then if you just need a hubcap or a safety belt or a windshield etc it's there my opinion these people are doing a darn good job to be in business for this long thank you brown salvage for supporting denham springs
The woman in charge of the towing dept is extremely rude and very unfriendly. She should change careers to something that does not require any contact with potential customers. Would not recommend this place solely because of this rude woman.
Had to defend my choice on a spare tire because he didn't believe it was for a mustang but after he measured it he realized it was for one. I don't like be told I don't know what I'm doing when I paying you for a busted looks tire and rims it took me and hour to find because they didn't have the cars in any kind of order.
Had I known they'd be with the foolishness I I would have driven my truck home after the accident. The employees don't communicate with one another because the right hand never knows what the left hand is doing. Lady is lowkey rude, man is ok just kind of aloof
If only Google gave the option to provide negative stars, that is what this place deserves. Excessive charge for storage fees is against LA towing and storage act. Browns did not file tow report to BRPD within 24 hours of tow either. Not only did they refuse to provide the billing invoice with the authorized representatives signature whom authorized the tow of the vehicle, but they also refused to provide an itemized payment receipt until we paid and signed the vehicle release form. They should be completely banned from any towing activities in Louisiana. Giving kickbacks for non-consensual tows is dirty business. And the desk clerk is the epitome of Livingston Parish.
Towing timing and towing person was great, the person handling phone calls is horrible and rude. She did not greet me through the phone, she took off with a questions and asked the question with an aggressive tone after I did not catch her question the first time. Very rude and no empathy for customers.
Called and asked if they had a part i was looking for. He said oh yeah. So after finding a ride there they didn't have any. Waste of a trip. Went to pull a part and got it.
They stole my mlm money out of some paper I set down and went got my parts and come back they kicked me out for asking for my money and to roll the camera back boycott browns
Towed my car from LSU campus, gave me a 30 mins notice before they locked it up for the night and gave me an overnight charge. They towed me hours before. They also had a very bad attitude, and when i was inspecting my car for scratches, the driver told me to "get out his lot." Don't call them if your car breaks down, they will turn a minor inconvenience into a nightmare. They are just looking to scam money off of you.
Do not use this company if you need a tow! Expect complete dishonesty, rudeness, and extra charges that they cannot explain. Rude and expensive! Can't comment about the salvage lot.
The guy from Browns Towing was so dishonest. He told me I don't need to pay the tow fee and refused to explain why when I was so confused. He didn't tell me the charge when I asked, and started the towing process, but after that, he charged $255! I wouldn't have them towed my car if I knew the price was so high, while you can get this done with $80 using AAA!!!!!
