I have AAA, and for the last four years I've had to use it about four times. And each time the AAA contractor who came to my rescue is ACE Towing. And each time, the person who was dispatched is Will. I called AAA about two days ago when I had a flat tire on a cold and rainy morning. I am 68 years old and no, I have no idea how to change a flat. I also don't know how to get the spare tire out of the nest in which it rests, and even if I did there is so much stuff in my trunk, I would have been soaking wet before I could get to the spare. In short, I was up the proverbial creek. So, I called AAA. Not long after I made the call to AAA, up drives the tow truck and who gets out of it but Will, smiling as usual despite the cold and rain. He asked me why I always waited until the worst weather to have car trouble and I couldn't help but laugh, because for some reason no matter what car I drive, apparently winter is not its friend! But anyway. Being stranded is not a good feeling! But thankfully, I've experienced that ACE Towing is the best! Fast response time. Professional and reliable service. Great attitudes. And not afraid of the rain and cold. Thanks, Will! I truly appreciate your help!

So tonight we were leaving Soldotna and our alternator goes out stranding us on the side of the road we are AAA members and we called for service to get our vehicle towed home. AAA dispatched jenwar towing and after the first time they didn’t show up when they said they were three minutes away I called AAA and requested ACE towing service because I have used them many times over the last 9 years and they are extremely reliable, knowledgeable, professional, and quick to respond. (We will always use them when we need a towing company) so after waiting over three hours for jenwar to show up AAA called for the fourth time and I was very annoyed and told them to call ACE! We hung up and maybe 5 minutes later I get a phone call from ACE saying they were sending us a truck and that’s why I highly recommend them (we never received a call from anyone at jenwar and I called them left a message never got a response). This is the difference between ok service and excellent service the guys at ACE Towing should be proud of themselves because we are! They showed up in a hour and a half that’s from Homer faster than jenwar and they are at the absolute end of the road. Bravo guys you saved us again!

Very fast response, phone call within minutes, was stranded on the side of the highway, made it to me quick, loaded up my bike and got me to the dealer safely. Very much appreciated guys!! And the QR code worked for me.

This review is long overdue, but I had to come back and leave it! On a night back in February, Thomas came to get me and my cousin off the side of the road at 3am when we caught a flat. Literally no one else in the area would come, and he did! He took us to a near by 24 hr tire shop (I attached their info as well) and we were back on the road! I’m very thankful for him - and he had a great playlist! 10/10

Jennifer and Thomas made my towing experience wonderful!!! Jennifer calmed me down after another towing company turned me down. She was very reassuring. Thomas, the tow driver was quick and courteous. He went above and beyond with helping me find a tire when Walmart was minimal help. My experience was lovely and I would recommend anyone to them. I want to thank them publicly for giving me excellent service during a stressful time.

These 3 stars are for the towing department only, they were great. Truck broke down on I20 and they got me and my family off the highway to safety. My only issue is with their automotive department. They diagnosed my vehicle as needing an entire new engine and quoted me 15k for the repairs. I’m from out of state so I made plans to get my truck home for a 2nd opinion. Anyways a new water pump later and it’s running great. Funny enough when I brought it to them I suspected it was just a WP and would have gladly paid for the repairs there. I’m guessing they didn’t need the business. I mean, they charged me over $150 just to not diagnose my vehicle.

Man, my car wouldn't start, they sent this cat named Dennis... this guy jumped my car off, then cleaned off the terminal and connector...he went above and beyond! ?

This is the third time that we have used Ace Automotive over the past year. As a parent of a LA Tech student, it is a relief to know that there are solid, trustworthy mechanics near campus that can take care of her vehicle. The staff is always friendly and they communicate frequently throughout the repair keeping you up to date on all their findings. Definitely would recommend. Keep up the great work!

Ace was here within an hour of calling for a tow. Thomas let me know when he was on his way and how far out he was from us. He got my car started long enough to load it on the truck and haul it to the repair shop. Thomas was kind and worked efficiently. I highly recommend calling Ace!

Will was amazing! He was quick to arrive, professional, friendly and respectful. He allowed my dog to ride with me with no hesitation. He safely dropped us off and made sure we would be okay. He went above and beyond to help us.

I called ACE Towing when my trucks control arm broke, and they did an awesome job. They showed up fast, and the driver was really nice and careful with the truck. The whole thing was quick and easy, and the price was fair. I’d definitely call them again if I need a tow.

Picked me up at the Texas Roadhouse early morning to tow me to get my tire fixed. Great service. Super helpful and quick. I had to be the road for a 24 hour drive and they took very good care of me.

I unexpectedly got stranded at the gas station when my truck would not go in reverse. Thankfully, Thomas was able to squeeze into the parking lot and get my truck to the dealership. I'll definitely use Ace again in the future!

Our tow technician, Will, provided quick and stellar service after my wife had a tire blowout. He was on the road minutes after we called Triple A and arrived shortly after. He gave some insight on the condition of all of her tires and suggested an alignment was needed, and sure enough, the tire shop said all of the same things. He also provided helpful information about Triple A’s service tiers that would be beneficial moving forward. He was extremely friendly & safe and represented Ace Automotive & Towing in a fashion that they would be very proud of.

I’ve used ACE’s services twice now, and each experience has been exceptional. The team is friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Will came to pull my car from a ditch in the pouring rain and thunderstorm. He made sure there was no damage to my vehicle and handled everything with such kindness. He truly was my hero! Never complained, just showed up with a smile and incredible patience. I can’t recommend them enough!

I experienced a flat tire on my car and unfortunately had been stranded on the interstate for three and a half hours awaiting assistance from another towing company that ultimately did not arrive. I then searched online for the nearest towing service and contacted Ace Towing. I was so relieved when you responded immediately and promptly came to my location. Mr. Will was so helpful, kind, and polite!! I was traveling from Texas to Mississippi and I was hit on the highway. It took him absolutely no time to get to us and he made us feel very comfortable and relaxed the whole time. I couldn’t have asked for a better tow!!

Just had to get out Car towed from West Monroe to Downsville! So thankful to Will for being so fast and helpful. He was super friendly and just great to work with! We will never use a different company again!

The driver was so kind and helpful!!! I was having a hard time with AAA sending a driver to my location I had to call twice. As soon as he was assigned to my call I waited 5 to 10 minutes. He even drove me to my son’s T-ball game so I didn’t have to pay for an Uber! Also gave me a car for a machine shop that charges reasonable rates.

We had a pretty unfortunate breakdown in the Chick-Fil-A parking lot, and Mr. Will came to our rescue! He made a crappy experience a whole lot better with his great customer service and good laughs. 10/10 would recommend!

I was pretty upset when my tire blew out on the highway while on my way to work since it damaged the front of my car. I called AAA to arrange for towing service and they sent Ace Automotive & Towing. The man that showed up was really friendly, helpful and put my safety as a priority. He showed me the damage done to my vehicle and asked me to sit in the tow truck while he got my car loaded. He even assisted me into his truck. I couldn’t have asked for better service or a caring individual to help me in my time of need. He stayed at the shop as well and made sure I was okay before leaving. He was professional and obviously has a lot of experience in his field of work, because he was fast and efficient. I’m definitely keeping his business card on hand, in the event I ever need a tow, jump start or tire change. I will also recommend this company to anyone that needs assistance!

They got to me fast after I called them about my flat tire. Will was so nice and friendly when he got to me! He was very informative of my situation and he took my car to the nearest service station to get a new tire. Outstanding service. After waiting 2 hours on the side of the road for 2 other wrecker services to call me back, these folks were the only ones in the area to answer the phone. They had someone to me on the side of the Interstate within 15 minutes. The operator was knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. He was able to tow my dually and 24' enclosed trailer easily. I own a wrecker service 1000 miles away and would hire this guy in a minute. Easy on equipment, knowledgeable, and good with customers. Would definitely recommend them.

Will from Ace auto towing came to the rescue today after I hit a huge deer and it left us stranded off of 1-20. He was so nice and took us to a nearby hotel. Even helped us bring in our luggage. Highly recommend!!
