First they told me everything was covered under my warranty. Then when my vehicle was ready. They told me I had to pay 1446 because warranty only paid half. But truth is I had to pay labor.

I brought it in because of a misfire problem and I told them that. A week later, after they fixed other stuff unrelated, they called to tell me they found a leaking injector and had to order some. Why didn't they look at the initial problem when I brought it in? I'm never bringing it back to Golden Motors

Great experience, no pressure no hype, out of there with a new vehicle less than hour. Very comfortable with David the sales person. Very comfortable whit the signing process. Don’t believe it could go any better.
I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, routine maintenance. All went well for that. I have an issue with when it comes to this dealership as a whole, not all the workers are mindful to the customers they have in waiting areas. They speak as if they are hanging out with friends in the comfort of their homes, not in this business setting. Cursing and “joking” in a belittling manner. As a customer, I remove myself from the waiting area that is designated for that purpose of waiting on your vehicle getting serviced. I move outside to the sitting areas there, not to hear the inappropriate conversation happening inside amongst employees in the service departments. This isn’t the first time, hopefully it is addressed and handled appropriately.
Tesla Alert / EV Alert: there is a high speed (120KW) charger CCS1 type very easy to use. There is a Bar Code on the unit. Scan it, download the app set the payment method by apple pay or direct by credit or debit card and ready to go.
The entire sales team was amazing! Tessie was great to schedule & follow up. David had a great attitude & patience to work with us through our buying decision. Neil was great as well to get all our financing set up & paperwork for buying out of state. It felt like we were dealing with friends. Well worth the drive from Miss.
I was undecided what I wanted. Shantel showed me several vehicles and I admit I was very picky, they just didn’t have everything I was looking for until I was shown the 2024 Silverado z71 RST. Her and her teammates found me the 2024 Blazer I wanted. They put in the order immediately. It came in a week early. They had it ready along with my paperwork ready to go as soon as I walked in. They made me feel like family. They welcomed me with smiles and hugs. Lindsay got me set up online, my onstar, and got my insurance company setup. When I say top notch service I can't say ot enough. I'll be forever grateful your their kindness and their willingness to go above and beyond to get me what I wanted for what I was willing to pay.
Bought a truck yesterday and this was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. We told them our price range, David Boudreaux found a few vehicles and showed them to us. Took a test ride in all of them and then we picked and signed the paperwork. Lexie had the paperwork ready to sign and we weee fine! Amazing and we will be back!
I have started referring customers already to Golden Motors. I did not get pushed around as most salesmen like to do. Golden Motors provided and excellent value for my trade in. Jamie Kidd was very professional, efficient and was able to meet my needs. Neil Martin in financing was amazing in explaining all charges on my sales sheet and discussions of warranties. I would highly recommend Golden Motors and will definitely continue to do business with Golden Motors.
All these comments how good and nice this Business is, I went there with high expectations and sadly got the lowest. Car buying is stressful enough with out people being dirty and hateful. At call cost if God for bid you do go here avoid Megan this woman nearly made me cry the last conversation I had with her. They promised you a vehicle after they run your credit you give the pay study get emails online with confirmation week it to someone else an then talk to you like your a dog
It was quick and pain free. I knew what I wanted, I gave them all my numbers and information, then before I knew it I was leaving in my new car. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and willing to explain things in detail. This was my first car buying experience and it was wonderful. I never usually write reviews but I had to give credit where it is due. I recently came in to purchase a Silverado from Dana, and the customer service that I received was the best ever. The staff were very helpful, kind and compassionate, and I couldn’t state enough how nice these people are. I came in to purchase a Silverado and it was beautiful, but sadly it had an issue come up and they worked hours on end to have it resolved and David stood by his word and made sure that It was right and that they would keep me as a customer. They came down originally so much on the price and then when it had an issue, rather than just try to sell it to me, they took the time to explain to me that they would rather have me as a customer along with my family, and they would never let me drive off with any issues and they really care about you. Dana told me they would help me keep looking and when I find another truck I will 100% buy it here. These people are very honorable and sincere, they didn’t try to patch an issue but rather worked hours on end to make every effort to know that I would be safe driving. I have never dealt with a business that seemed so family oriented and genuine. As a Christian, this is a huge thing to me. A person's word. This is the type of atmosphere where you know that you are genuinely being treated well and they will always earn me and my family’s business in the future. Thanks so much Dana for all of the time and kindness, and David you are truly a man of your word and you work very hard and I think that people should know how wonderful your team is. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars - Golden Motors is the absolute best. From making an appointment, all the way to driving away with a gorgeous new car - the experience of buying from Golden was world class. David and Leila were a delight to work with and I walked away feeling like a made a group of new friends. I choose to drove 80 minutes to visit Golden and I would encourage anyone to do the same - they have perfected the art of customer service.

I couldn't say enough about this company to give them justice for the amazing customer service they provided. I wasn't even the one making the purchase and I still consider this to be the best car buying experience I've ever had. The entire staff was very helpful and laid back. They treated us as if we were an old friend they hadn't seen in years rather than just another customer. It was well beyond worth the 2.5+ hour drive. I will definitely be going back to them for my future purchases.
