Came out in the worst of weather! Raining and freezing! Had my son and dog in my car. He was extremely kind and got me and my little family back on the road to get us home! Very grateful to the guys that came to help! Felt comfortable and safe! For a woman, thats a huge deal!

Car shut down on me so I had to call a tow. Phone lady was very nice and Daniel W. Who was the guy that came tow my car was very professional and very nice and actually tried his best to not have my car scape when going both up and down being that it’s lowered! I appreciate the service and will definitely be looking towards these guy’s whenever I’m in a pinch again!
Great experience from start to finish. Everything was clearly explained when I called to setup. Got a text when the truck was dispatched with a real time map showing it's location and arrival time. Kevin, the driver, was very professional and polite, and got my car loaded up quickly and delivered to the dealership promptly. He called me to let me know it had been delivered. My second time to use them, and both experiences were great. Highly recommend.

Not only did he deliver my car as fast as possible but he knew I was having a really hard time/bad day and took the time to talk to me and tell me some words I desperately needed to hear. Should you need a tow and Elite is available that is who you need to use. Very thorough and safe and did a great job getting my truck and trailer to the dealership for repair. Summer in the office was friendly and helpful and Tim was the tow driver and he was friendly and helpful as well.
I had a tire that went flat when I was on the highway. They were at my location within 35 minutes and had the tire changed in 5 minutes. Very courteous guys. I would definitely recommend them to others!

My tow driver was amazing! However he was sent to the wrong address by dispatch. also I was quoted an initial price and due to finding a place closer that could fix my tire and rim I was quoted a lesser price. However I was charged for the first quote, which was nearly $40 more
The call center lady was easy to talk and got a guy right away. He was on the scene quickly and was patient with me and dropped it off perfectly. He used the latest technology for easy processing. He was super kind. I appreciate there services! Would definitely recommend. Came through real clutch! It’s cheaper to tow it than to keep it on a car lot where they charge storage space fees by the day.

The guy seemed to know what he was doing, as far as hooking my truck up. But he was on the phone the entire time. He probably could have been done in half the time if he wasn't stopping for the conversation. Then when we got going he had to change his Bluetooth and spent a lot more time looking in his lap at his phone, while he was driving, then I was comfortable with. We get off at the exit and he's paying a lot more attention to his conversation than his driving. Apparently the inward facing camera does not make a difference on looking at the phone.
