Driver with glasses stole my Medical Marijuana Vape ,I was towed on Monday, after driver loaded my truck I told him I needed to get some things out before I went home the driver refused and said I would have to come back to the lot the next day to get it. I had left my brand new medical marijuana vape in the front seat and actually the police officer confiscated all of my other medical marijuana and left the vape bc he said it was the only thing unopened. When I got back to my truck 9hes later they charged me $320 plus my medical marijuana vape that was in the front seat when tow truck driver took it but was completely gone box and all when I got back in the vehicle. Do Not Trust Carrols they allow theirs drive for them and steal your medicine. I also took pics of truck before tow truck driver got the vehicle so I can prove my vape was stolen! SMH go get your own Medical Marijuana don't wait to steal potential customers medical marijuana. Then they charge me $320 on top of that so with the vape being stolen it ended up being about a $450 tow and that is plain out Absurd. Do Not Use Carrols Towing or you will be sorry
This towing company is the worst in Acadiana. Please read the Truth about what happened to me. I had gotten towed bc of something to with my insurance, I didn't have the money on me to get it dropped off at my house so the brought it to their lot. On the way the tow truck driver refuse to bring me home or even close to my home, he was so Rude, I tried to talk to him but he ignored me looking at me like I killed someone. I tried to talk to him and asked him a couple of questions but no response still looking at me like I was a criminal. Then when I wanted to be dropped off the first time when I was a few blocks from my house he wouldn't stop he kept telling me he was going to drop me off somewhere by Acadiana Mall and I told him that was across the city from where I lived and was a 2-3 hour walk in which he still was giving me the silent treatment then finally I had a friend that live close and was able to get him to stop to drop me off thankfully. So about 8hrs later I called to see how much to get my truck out and the said over $400 and it's hasn't even been 12hrs. Over $400 is unbelievable to be that's half of my monthly mortgage Having to pay over $400 to be treated like a dog
I needed assistance and every other company I called was unable to help me. But Carrolls towing came through in a major time of need! Ms. Connie was amazing and Mike was so awesome and professional too! Thank you guys!!!! I definitely recommend this company

Charged me $225 just to drive to my house. He didn’t even hook up to my car and charged me that much. I think this company is the rob you if they can type of organization! Car was 10 feet out of my driveway right in front. Highway robbery! Cop even just gave a warning. Then after I paid the driver he threatened to take my vehicle out of my yard which I said it is in my yard and you took my money please leave. He continued to want to argue threatening me saying he can still take it if he wants. I own a business and I would not put up with my employees treating my customers in this fashion. I have him on camera threatening to take it out my yard after it was in my yard and paid. Completely unacceptable practice of business. His name was Danny and the receipt he gave us had the wrong year and nothing was filled out just to show how sloppy and unprofessional this company is. While they had 2 cars parks within 100 feet of a stop sign right next to where I was parked. Dirty corrupt employees.
Broke down right in front of a busy 3 way light leading into the highway. Scared me to death, but once I was helped off the road I called these guys and they were super helpful! Very nice, and to the point. The driver was super chill and comfortable to be around. He spotted what was wrong with my car before we even got to the shop! The price was way better than I expected for how far odd my trusted mechanic was too.
Friendly workers. The only downside was that I had to go get my car from the secured lot and open and close the gate myself. Was kind of weird. Also my car was stored with the window down which is bad in a region with unpredictable weather.

As I was traveling on I10, near Henderson, LA I noticed that the trailer's fender was bouncing unnaturally, and pulled off of the roadway at a fuel station. I thought that I had a flat tire, but realized that the one of the dual axel springs had broken.
Because it was Memorial Day, no parts stores were open, and decided to have the trailer towed to our Scott, LA District office. I made several calls to wrecker sites which went straight to voice mail before receiving an answer from Ms. Connie at Carrolls Towing. After answering some questions a truck was dispatched to my location, loaded onto the recovery vehicle and delivered to the shop, professionally, by a most competent operator, Sam for a most reasonable price.
I was truly saved by these wonderful people and most heartily recommend their service to anyone who is in need of recovery services.

My car died on me at 10:30 PM yesterday off East Broussard Rd. When my battery jump starter did not restart my car, I suspected that my alternator went out. I Googled the nearest towing service and called Carroll's Towing. Mike answered, took my payment information over the phone, and came to the rescue. He was careful and efficient loading my car onto the truck, calm, kind, and professional. He also confirmed that the issue was my alternator. Mike then brought my friend and I to her car, which was near the repair shop (Express Oil Change on Johnston). I was very upset with the situation, but Mike made the experience a painless one. People like him are doing God's work and he deserves all the recognition, thank you for everything Mike!
Driver Danny was stellar!! Took great care and his time to make sure my boat was properly on his rig! Polite, friendly, courteous… highly recommend

I've had plenty of vehicle's towed within this year alone and I have to say. Mike is by far one of the best I've seen to date. His level of professionalism is amazing. He knows his job well and takes pride in what he does. I've never seen such a clean skate onto the bed. The car was unharmed. And that is almost impossible to get when dealing with a broken ball joint an upper control arm..
I cannot express enough how satisfied we are with his work. But will say he is now in my speed dial.

If I could give them a negative star I would. My family and I were turning into an entrance only parking lot and there was a carols towing guy who had a car attached trying to come out the entrance only. So as we were turning in my husband slightly honked so he could scoot up a little.
The worker made it a point to turn all the way around (go out of his way) and stalked my family and I in the parking lot and stared us down and circled us in his work truck. He was completely unprofessional and very rude!! I was honestly waiting for him to get out of his truck and either come out with a gun or fight with my husband for honking. My kids were scared crying. I know ALOT of business owners and people in Acadiana and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Get new employees and get rid of the unprofessional worker that almost hurt us today!!!!
