I would not recommend, i called for towing at 8:02 am from my service provider. This co. picked up the order at 9:22am and sent me a message saying they would arrived in 90 minutes, which would put them to me around 11am, at 12:30 the technician or whomever said they would be another 30 minutes ans they are backed up because a truck is down. If that were the case and they were that backed up they should have declined the order so it could’ve been sent out so someone else. I have been waiting for damn near 3 hours and i was supposed to have my car repaired between 11am-12pmand now have to wait til tomorrow for repair when i need my freaking car fixed! This is so damn unprofessional and frustrating! Then instead of being understanding bc im frustrated at the length of service the tech or whomever she was copped an attitude with me because i again asked her how long they would be! This is UNACCEPTABLE!! Then i called and texted multiple times before someone finally picked up! I do not recommend !
Aaron was great! So fast not only to get there, but the whole process took about 5 minutes. I had a problem with my car late at night at a business and had asked the establishment if I could leave my car overnight and get it towed the next day. They called the next morning saying they actually needed it towed within the next hour because it was blocking where their delivery truck parks. I called triple A and they quoted me at 75-90 minutes, but when we called Scooby Towing, and explained the situation, they said “no problem, we be there in less than 30 minutes for you” 10/10 all around.
My insurance company sent him to me when I broke down out of town. Because I didn't know of a tow co. In the area, I was so thankful that the insurance company picked a good towing service for me. The driver was very professional and handled my Tahoe safely. He was easy to talk to so that helped the bad situation not seem so bad. If I ever need a tow again in Lafayette, I'll definitely call Scooby's.
Scooby's is always my goto for towing. I was cut off whole driving yesterday on Hwy 95 between Mire and Duson. The person ran the stop sign and took a left right in my path. I hit the brakes to avoid an accident and my brakes locked up. I contacted Scooby's and they showed up within 30 minutes. Kory was very helpful, professional and friendly. I felt safe releasing my car to him.
Tommy is a genius. My Jeep had me stranded. Tommy of course checked/charged the battery, it didn't start, but he heard a noise. He then bypassed the battery terminal and the Jeep started. Really great troubleshooting by Tommy. Thanks again.
Aidan did a great job getting my CT5, which had a locked transmission on and off of the wrecker as gently as possible with no damage. He did a great job. Thanks so much!
Best towing company I have ever dealt with in my life. I wish I knew the driver's name so I could thank him personally. I was at work so I called to have my son's car towed because it broke down. This guy went out of his way to go to a auto parts store, paid for the part because it was minor and fixed it for my son, put him on the road and told him no charge. Saved him a ton of money and was really looking out for my son. Can't thank him enough!
The guy that answered the phone was polite. There wasn't a long wait. The truck driver was very nice and took good care of the car. The price was cheaper than other places. I will definitely call again and also suggest them to friends and family!
After waiting several hours for our 24hr roadside assistance which never showed up
and We were 2.5 hours from home.

Very kind and professional over the phone. Cheaper than other places I called that were open later in the evening in the opelousas/Carencro area. Turned out I didn't need their service after all but if I ever do in the future ill definitely be calling this towing service!

Road side assistance arranged for Scooby Towing to pick my car up after an accident. I had a missed call so I returned the call advising my cellular service was terrible inside my house. Did they needed me to unlock or start the car? The guy on call was rude unprofessional asking how I missed the call but I could use remote features? First off it’s none of his business why I missed the call he had not made it to the location and wifi technology allows me to remote into my car. He then asked where the car was I provided the address. Residential or business? I said business it’s a gas station. The name of the station I didn’t know right off. As I had been waiting since Friday for a tow and didn’t have permission to leave my car there in the first place. He sighed and oh god you don’t know shell chevron circle k? No sir I don’t know the name. He said I guess we will check every station on the road . I advised there was only one at the said address so he wouldn’t need to go to any except the one at the address provided. I advised his attitude was terrible and I was calling to get a new provider and he was dismissed he said no I’m canceling this pick up. Ok yes I just said I didn’t need your services any longer. Very unprofessional I’ve used this company in the past and had a pleasant experience but like they say one bad apple will spoil the entire bag. I will never recommend or use this company ever again.
Had my vehicle picked up from home to dealership for repair. Daniel, the driver was very professional with his services. He arrived on time, actually earlier than promised. I appreciated that. I would definitely recommend Scooby's for all your towing needs!!

My mother and I was on our way home from Texas from a Mommy/ daughter trip. Unfortunately, my car stopped in the middle of the interstate; thankfully I have road side assistance. I contacted my insurance company about my problem and they instantly placed my care into the hands of Scooby’s. A representative contacted my phone and stated that he was on his way to the location in which my mother and I were stranded. He stated some rude comments about us (my mother and I ) traveling in the early mornings, and that it was basically our faults that we were in the predicament that we were in . My response to his rude comment was, “ Thank you for your assistance, and I will decline your service.” I hung up the phone and contacted my insurance company again and this time, an angel from Cliff’s towing company was sent our way . I would advise anyone not to use this service . This company is rude and unprofessional and is not concerned about the safety neither the need for their customers . Instead , please use Cliff’s Towing company and if able , ask for Derrick Shelley to assist you . He will go above and beyond to ensure that you and your loved one is safe and that your car is taken to a specific location without a hence of arrogance.
I was just driving along on a 45 mile an hour highway at about 40mph, when a Scooby truck slowly pulled out in front of me. He then proceeded to gradually accelerate to about 15-20 miles under the speed limit, so I attempted to pass, but he swerved to stop me. As we approached a green light, he deliberately slowed to a crawl and switched multiple lanes to prevent me from legally passing and making the light. He then pulled to the far right lane, flipped the bird, and began cussing me. This is beyond unprofessional and highly dangerous. Allowing me to pass would not have hurt him in any way, especially since we were going 20 miles or more under the speed limit during this exchange. Not pulling in front of vehicles at 20 mph on a 45mph road would have been even better.
I also had an extremely rude experience with a Scooby driver who may or may not have been sober about a year ago, too. He showed up a couple of hours after I was told to expect him. I actually had to call the office to see if he was still coming, because I was about to lose my last shot at a ride home. They flat out lied and told me he was 10-15 minutes away multiple times. About 30 minutes or more after the last "10-15 minutes" lie, the driver called and told me he was leaving the job he was at in Carencro in a couple of minutes (he was about 20 minutes or more away from me at the time). When he got there, he started out nice (though the sobriety was questionable), but he had a heck of a time getting the car hooked up, yelling at me to help him like I'm an idiot who is wasting his time and that he'd had a bad day. He even threatened to leave when I told him not to speak to me like that. Then his cable slipped and my car rolled off the back of his truck and almost hit other vehicles in the parking lot. I actually put my body between my car and another car so it wouldn't crush the car. I had to physically help him get the car on his truck and to take his cable off, cut it down with a grinder (which damaged my work's parking lot) then rewind the cable, and turn the crane to pull the car onto the truck while he tried to stop it from falling off again. That would have all been ok if not for the guy yelling and cussing at me like I was his personal assistant.
Jerry was awesome today! He was kind and it was a great experience! We waited a minimal amount of time and he brought the vehicle straight to the dealership for it to get fixed late on a Friday afternoon! Great experience, we will definitely use them again!

Very unprofessional, first time they towed my truck thru road side , they put minor damage on my vehicle, called, twice , they said owner would call me . Had to tow my truck again, road side sent them again, ask driver to be careful and told him what happened last time , he told me he couldn’t help but bend my front spoiler , so I asked if they would fix it if they broke it. Dude got crazy and jump in his truck and left. I tried calling the office and they rejected the calls. Horrible customer service.
My car broke down twice recently, a week apart, and I needed it towed in for warranty work. Scooby's ASAP towing has been the only positive thing about this entire process! The drivers were very nice, arrived fast, and were extremely efficient. The dispatch/office staff was very proactive and great with all communication. Even though this is covered through my roadside assistance, I would pay for their service hands down. 10/10 would use again and would recommend, just really amazing customer service!
They took a while to arrive. The driver was very polite though. I will say they are not very accommodating at all. The piece on the front of my car that snaps off to put the tow hook is missing. They are blaming the dealership. The dealership changed the back right tire which is no where near the front of the car. I have to pay to have this piece replaced and they will not help in any way. I tried calling for over a week to speak to someone about this and no one would ever call me back. I got lucky over a week later on one of the many calls I made and someone answered but was told the driver said he put it back so there’s nothing they could or would do. Will never use them again or recommend!!
Stewart with Scooby’s ASAP towing was fantastic! They were at the location to pick up my car and me within 20 minutes and getting my van loaded up and ready to go was all done in 10. I rode with him to my auto shop and he was polite, kind and easy to talk to. Definitely made my day and eased my anxiety over my vehicle! Thanks y’all!
HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Worst towing service in Town! Waited 3 hours for service and no one showed up! The dispatcher was rude and there was a baby crying loudly in the back ground when I called to find out how long they would be. They are contracted through state farm corporate and they do a horrible job. Customer service needs training! Stay away from this so called company.
