LeBlanc’s Towing was assigned to me by my insurance carrier to tow my car within town to my home from a store. They were efficient and extremely thorough to make sure my BMW was not damaged during the tow. The gentleman Aiden was very nice and personable and I was greatly appreciative of their service. The young lady dispatcher I spoke with was also very kind.
I have reached out to yall on Facebook messages,never got a response, but anyways,A little over a yr ago a guy was in an accident in Layette exit 100,on a Harley Davison,the guy was working on it for me,tall picked it up and have never received a call or letter about it from yall, The bike is my late Husband's

Was wonderful getting help from this place! Someone found me stranded and offered me a hand, everyone was very nice and offered great service. I’m not from Louisiana but the owner not only gave me a great price but went out of her way to help me get adjusted. Wish I could give more stars!
4/3/25...car broke down in Broussard so called insurance to get towed. Well driver showed up and his PTO wasn't working so he said he'll get another driver to come. We'll 2 hrs later nothing. Called insurance. They said they'll get another tow company. Come to find out Leblanc stated car couldn't be towed but he failed to put his half ass broke tow truck wasn't working so it canceled every tow company request from insurance. I will recommend to insurance company to take them off their list of providers
Needed tow help, drove the two front tires off the front of my tow dolly. Trey came out and figured out the right plan to remedy the problem. He was very nice, and didn't even make fun of me. I would have understood if he had. Lol
Winston came and towed my car tonight and I appreciate his help! He was very courteous and patient. He was able to bring me to the tire place where I will get my tire changed!
Called them to tow my vehicle out when I called them the lady on the phone was very nice and helpful but when the tow guy came I had told them the lady on the phone said they can tow me to my location which was close by 5 min away and he wouldn’t help even if he saw I kept getting stuck even he wouldn’t help pull me out inches out and than take the hooks off like he couldn’t tow me 5 min to my destination? Even tho that’s what I had told the lady over the phone she said it was fine. And it wasn’t like he couldn’t he just didn’t want to. He drove off and I could have gotten stuck again and I had already paid him.
D.J. was amazinh. From the initial phone call when he arrived to the final thank you. Definitely knows what he's doing and is great at it. Very much appreciated his help getting me out of a bind.
I had to get a tow after getting a flat on my way to Baton Rouge from Lafayette. I used this company through my insurance’s road side assistance program. The tow truck driver was kind, very professional, and efficient. He kept me updated on his arrival, which was a huge plus in my book. In the past, I’ve had other company’s drivers seem disgruntled or annoyed. So I was pleasantly surprised by his demeanor in this stressful situation.
I was stranded on the side of the road and I called LeBlanc’s Towing. D.J. and Monica are the best. D.J.towed me in the rain was very polite and suggested what size tires I should put on my vehicle being this was the second time this happened in a month’s time. This guy is excellent and knows his job.
Terrible service. TERRIBLE attitudes from dispatch. They lied about the time they said they’d be at my location. Initially told 75 mins. Called back after quoted time and they said they were on the way and to give them 15 mins. 30 mins later another call back and they said it’d be another 1.5 hours…. Almost 2 hours of waiting and being stranded and then told to wait another hour and a half and to give an attitude.
My daughter's car was stolen and when it was found, there were no keys with it so it was towed to Leblanc's. The windows were open so they put plastic on it to keep out the elements (an extra charge of course but, preferable to water damage). They were so kind during the entire process and helpful when we needed to wait there for a service to come make a replacement key. When the service never showed, we ended up having Leblanc's tow the car to a dealership instead and that was a quick easy process that we should've done from the beginning! I did remove one star because they aren't open Sat or Sun but, we still had to pay a storage fee for those days (I know it's a liability charge but, it still stung since the tow itself was expensive and involuntary). It's already a terrible inconvenience to have a vehicle stolen and it would've been nice to have the option to pick it up on the weekend and avoid SOME charges since they close at 5pm. Overall, I highly recommend Leblanc's for your towing needs!
A friend of mine came in from out of town and used a rental. He came to help ones affected by hurricane Laura. The rental broke down and a towing service was called by the rental company. Unfortunately for my friend and I, this company was contacted. We were told it would take 90mins on this hot summer day. I called the towing company to find out the status in regards where the drivers was in reference to our location after two hours went by. I realized that there was some confusion at this office with my tow and another. Mine inadvertently got cancelled. So I was told it would take another 90 minutes for the tow driver to come to my location. I asked the person on the phone if there was a way for the driver to contact us once he was about 30 minutes from us. She seemed very irritated but agreed it was possible. I then asked her if she would verify the phone number she had for us and she gave me the wrong phone number. When I told her it was the wrong number and began to attempt to give her the correct number, she became extremely hostile and began screaming at me ! I asked her name. She gave it to me and screamed her manager's name to me and said her manager would speak to me. Her manager had the same attitude. In fact, the manager said we would have to sit and wait for the tow driver and he would not call us to let us know he was on his way. The story continues...but the I just want to point out that these people do not know how to listen, know not how to read, and have no respect or regard for their customers. The driver was the only one that was a professional when he arrived. Perhaps he should be the only one allowed to take his own calls. Furthermore, I was embarrassed by how my friend was treated by a business in my own community when he was here only to help out of the kindness of his heart. Good going Leblanc's towing & "recovery". Try to recover a bit of class when you are out driving around.

The online response to a quote request was unbelievably fast. I was able to pay over the phone. The tow service I needed was done ahead of schedule. The persons I spoke with were very polite and professional.
Scheduled a Tow and was given an ETA of 90 Minutes. 98 minutes later when I called to get an ETA they told me 30 additional minutes. 45 minutes later when I called I was told the driver was hooked up to another job and still ten minutes away from completing it. That job was an hours drive away. 90 minutes later when I called they claimed to have cancelled it with my insurance company due to mechanical issues....
1. Insurance company had no note of this.
2. They had lied to me on pick up times already so their integrity is suspect.
3. They had both of my phone numbers and could have had the decency to call me to tell me they weren't going to come fulfill their requirement but that was too much work for them.
The dispatcher was very nice over the phone but I will never use this company again, and I have placed a complaint with my insurance company as well to discontinue using them also.
Update: ran into a driver today in their brand new tow trucks. Asked how often these things break down and he said they’ve had it for over a year and never had a breakdown of their trucks. Obviously one of them is lying.....
The old croaky voice woman who answers the phone has the WORST attitude. I understood I wasn’t able to get my birth certificate out my car, so I asked other questions as to legal regulations, she was constantly catching attitudes left and right. Like it wasn't hEr job to answer questions. I eventually had enough of her attitude and did snap back because I never once disrespected this lady. I didn't chose your job, if you don't like + cant talk to people with respect maybe front desk ain't for you. I don't care how long you been doing it, don't mean you going it right.
Scheduled a Tow, but they never showed up and do not answer the phone, it just goes to voicemail. Leave a message and do not get a call back. Very unprofessional. I had to call another company to get the job completed.
