27OCT25 ~ What a great experience at an auto parts store! The rating was mostly driven by the employee (associate?) that assisted me. The receipt shows her name as Tori M. There were ample parking lot spaces. The store was clean inside, well organized, and spacious. A young woman (Tori M?) walked up to a customer service station and proactively asked if she could help me. She was very articulate/well spoken, fast on the uptake/intelligent, helpful, knowledgeable about the items I wanted, and genuinely pleasant/nice. She walked me to the area of interest, discussed the options & their differences to help me choose which option was what I wanted. If I were an AAP supervisor, I would want my employees to have her commitment, work ethic, abilities, and interpersonal skill like this young woman. The prices were good & checkout at the register was quick. Thank you!

They tell you that it has warranty, but you could only swap it one time. So that sucks.

Ricky was amazing. After going to 2 other places he went above and beyond to help me find the right brake pad for my vehicle. Even though I have a 2021 those replacements were not fitting. He checked other years to see if they would work and they did! Nowhere else put that kind of effort into looking for the right fitment for me.

Very helpful, knowledgable staff, and provide the fastest customer service out of every parts store i've been to. Its my favorite part store in the area. I've had nothing but great experiences at this store. I've been going to this location for over 15+ years.

I visited advance auto parts about 1 week ago and the worker by the name of Diego helped me but he was very nonchalant and wasn’t very helpful in the store he didn’t show me where anything was I had to find it on my own in the store then he came outside to help me try to install my windshield wipers and he didn’t even know how to do it or didn’t even try he asked me to do it I was very upset wit the service he gave me and maybe this store manager should look into getting better workers that are willing to do their job

The staff on Saturday provide a bad service. The guy likes to talk rude but when you answer rude he stops helping you and ask you to leave the store. Somebody needs to teach him that he needs to treat the customers the best way he can. Worst service ever!

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff! They were very nice and they helped me to find the correct part quickly. I went in to get headlights for my Mercedes-Benz. I didn't know whether they were HD or whatever (there are apparently two or three different options for my car). The guy there explained the differences, what type of light they each give off, etc., and we figured out in 30 seconds which option was correct for my car. This was really a breath of fresh air, since I was frustrated after first going to O'Reilly down the street, where their employees knew nothing about the parts they sell and they were quite rude. The service is a very excellent the guy named Jared was very helpful and very knowledgeable of his job He gave me some good ideas on solving my problem for my vision at Nighttime some great ideas Whenever I need to know something about auto parts I will make sure I stop there and have a conversation with him he goes the extra mile to help you out to solve your problem great job guys keep up the good work.

I went to this store to get a battery for my Ford Fusion. The young man working at the time was very nice. He asked if I had problems with the battery and suggested that it be checked before I actually purchased a battery. He performed the check and advised that I didn't need a battery, to which I was relieved. I'm always impressed with good customer service and it was refreshing to have experienced it. I only wished I could have remembered his name.

Walter is very knowledgeable and patient. I am an elderly female (with limited auto intelligence) and he handled me with respect and a smile. His family and AAP should be proud.

Additional Comment: On 2/82016, I made a purchase at this location. My vehicle would not start. I asked Walter, an associate if he could assist me with a jump. After using the instore methods, Walter went above and beyond, ultimately using his personal vehicle to get me going. Thanks Walter and Advanced Auto.
