Braxton was the nicest service rep I’ve had in a long time. He was SO polite and respectful. It was service with a smile and he installed my wipers in a flash.
I had the greatest experience in the store. Keedy was truly a lifesaver, and she is a beautiful person. She was very patient with explaining what was needed to help fix my vehicle and went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied. I would definitely recommend coming to this location for anything that you need.
Should sell hearing aids as they dont listen. Unhelpful and rude. Calorically challenged woman especially derogatory... said she doesn't do something, as it wasn't to seconds from any meal. Other gentleman said we got testers you can use, but he was testing my patience and failing.
Keedy is absolutely amazing. She is so caring when it comes to once customers. She helped me fine a part that I went for 3 different locations. She is very patient. I would definitely get more people to come visit this store. The thing that took me away the most was when I walked I got a big welcome in from her. She is definitely a joy.
This Location doesn't live up what's they advertised.Free Electric Starter Batteries testing.They don't help you in that department.i went there several times and I get the same attitude.no help
This is the worst place ever. On June 3rd 2024 at 8:17 am. A female picked up and I asked if they had tools for a spark plug job. I asked if I could loan them or buy.
She said "we don't loan those tools"
and I was fine with that.
So I then asked about buying them and inquire about a price. She states "We don't do that we only sell things here directly "
Mean while I call AUTO ZONE and got a quote for the tool. I BOUGHT THIER TOOL. Just so that I can give auto zone my business. Because clearly the workers at O'riely on Jefferson in River Ridge. DO NOT want to work or provide any kind of GOOD customer service.
This place sucks.
Great service, the lady w the glasses was very helpfull and even though i needed alot of parts, she tried to find whatever i was looking for. The only thing was, that i got the wrong part twice. But at the end it worked out.
The store in River Ridge charged up and tested my battary and inforned me of brand recommendations for installation of a new battery, all at no charge. I will definitely be motivated to return for other automotive parts. Thank you!
Pathetic, told me I had to come back so they can get the part I wanted form the warehouse. Came back, wrong part. The lesson is, if you own a bmw, go to where the know bmws.
Great little auto parts place. Employees in here are professional, courteous and very quick with assisting you in acquiring the parts and accessories you need. If they don't have a post you need the can have it shipped or brought over from a different store. Clean place and they have the Covid restrictions in place for the scary flu... Great job O' Reilly Auto Parts, yall are awesome!
To busy to help even then there was no one else in the store. Rude and unhelpful. Never again, there are to many of these parts store to be treated like she did me ! Stay away .
Great Service, store was clean and organized. Mr William Mazarak was very helpful, saved me money on wiper blades by telling me about a special and how it compares to other blades. He brought up installation without me forgetting they do that!
I don't catch him after O'Reilly's they all seem to like black people some of them anyway they don't want to help you when you come in there so it is it's not my cup of tea how to come to O'Reilly's
Free wiper blade installation with purchase of wiperblades. Well its raining and my wipers needed replacing, and they refused to change in the rain. Lady had attitude. This oreillys is going downhill from where it was years ago.
Quick service at a fair price. We purchased windshield wipers last weekend. We were quoted prices on two different quality units. When we remarked that the prices were high the counterman said he had some at 1/3 the price in the rear. We opted for the higher priced wipers. The store quickly installed the new wipers without a labor charge.
Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Will help you make sure you get the right part, or giving you the information on where to get it. Shelves always stocked. A+++
