Today I wasn't in any kind of rush for my tow, and Nas noticed the landscaper for my neighbor was having some issues with her car. After checking with me first (just to make sure I wasn't in a hurry) he did what he could to help her out out of the kindness of his heart and got her back on the road. That's the kind of person I will happily spend my money with any day.
Amazing company, from the dispatcher to the driver. Dispatch had a truck to me and got me off the interstate quickly. The price was very reasonable seeing as I had to be towed all the way to Baton Rouge. The driver was great! Having good conversation with the driver made the long ride very easy. Very professional from the woman who answered the phone and the questions she asked to the two men who came to tow the truck. They arrived way before the waiting time we were told.and were very personable very friendly. The new battery that my brother installed was not installed properly. He thought that there was something wrong with the truck and was ready to take it to the dealer for repair. Mr. Nas took over, fixed the problem and told my brother what he did not do. The first towing company had us wait 40 minutes and if I had not texted and complained he would have left us there waiting. He had a problem with his truck and was trying to repair it, while we waited outside in the hot sun. My brother is 81 years old and I am 75 years old. Thank you Mr. Nas for going above board to help us.
