Great experience! I was stuck he came in very quick and timely manner. I called 6 other companies before this one, all on hold for 15-45 minutes none of the other companies could come. He came through super quick and answered the phone right away. Super nice guy, very nice and professional. I would highly recommend this company and I would definitely use them again.

When I tell you professional, I’ve only needed a towel 5times in my life and 4 of those times the guy was either creepy or just mean! I forgot the guys name but he came quick made sure I was able to get home even waited on my friend to come pick me up. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend

Richard was simply amazing. He came extremely quick within 20 minutes. My car was towed got me to the tire shop. They fixed my vehicle and I was on my way back to work. I highly recommend this company. They are absolutely fantastic.
I was involved in an accident, and was having nothing but grief with the tow company secured by my car insurance. South First Towing was personable, kind, affordable and most importantly, they got the task accomplished in a timely manner. It was a huge weight off my shoulders that my car was finally safe at the shop for repairs, and South First was a delight to work with, keeping me informed of every step, so I never had to wonder if they were handling things. I will definitely turn to them again if I have a need.
During Hurricane Francine, the water in Lakeview started to rise. I pulled our cars up on the lawn to try and save them from the flood waters. In the process our car got stuck in the wet grass/mud. No worries! Call Richard and he will get you out of the most difficult situation. He and Anthony problem solved our issue and got the car out in less than 30 minutes. They are truly my heroes!!

After reading some of the reviews, I decided to give them a try. From the beginning of my phone call to the final removal of my vehicle, Mr. Richard made the entire process seamless. He showed up close to the time he told me. He was very nice and listened to my concerns. During our conversation, I mentioned that I really didn't want to tow it back to my home because I was going to need it removed again once I got a replacement. He told me that they buy cars. We then agreed on a price and finalized the paperwork. I definitely recommend his company. Note to the owner: you're not going to please everyone, but your company receives an A+ for going above and beyond for my family. Thank you for being there. Next time we need a tow, we'll know who to call.
Helped us out on Fat Tuesday of all days and couldn’t have been more nice and accommodating. Quick setup and quick drop off, couldn’t be more pleased with the care of my girlfriends car. Great service as well as a great guy, took us all the way from New Orleans to Baton Rouge with no problems and some great conversation. Highly recommend!
