One of your guys came and saved us last night and I wish we got his name. We got a flat on I-10W on the bridge between Kenner and Laplace. He showed up in less than 20 minutes and we were so grateful to have his help. He was a really great guy, he got us out of there and did all he could to get us back on our way.
Rock and Roll is the preferred Towing provider for us at Mercedes-Benz of New Orleans.
They know that these our vehicles MUST be towed by using tow hooks inside the front and rear bumpers only. That our all wheel drive vehicles require installation of a wheel hub, in order to achieve damage free towing. Their trucks and equipment are clean and well maintained, so we have full confidence in them.

Terrible service. They just kept calling back giving a new ETA and extending the time. Ended up being 3 hours from the time the request was placed before being picked up.
During a pretty stressful event (my car stalled on the Bonnet Carre), Tabor with Rock & Roll assisted me in a timely manner and delivered great customer service. I hope I never have to use a towing service, but when I do, it'll be with Rock & Roll!
Very rude and unprofessional! The woman who answered the phone is absolutely horrible. Cancelled the service request and will never recommend this company to anyone. Stay clear...horrible service! I would give them zero stars if that was an option.
My car stalled as I was about to cross the Greater New Orleans bridge at 4am!! Not fun or cool. My insurance set me up with this company! Loved it!!!! The dispatcher was very sweet and patient with me. She understood it was super late/early and being on the interstate with a stalled car is no fun. The driver was awesome, Todd. Cool guy, funny jokes!
Ok this woman name lynn which was the dispatcher,the manager, the supervisor all in one was the worst ever.... In life if you hate your job change it not happy where you are do something about it...this woman deliberately caused my vehicle not to get towed....her attitude towards a paying customer was very unacceptable. ..I will on the other hand pray for her due to me being a person of. Christ and would hope she doesn't push the wrong persons button....this world is crazy out here and with her having the attitude she had she could have set a inpatient person , person on their last limb or a person who was trying to be hopeful in their situation in the wrong direction. ...kudos to this company for keeping lynn as a employee. ..
