I had the steering wheel and ignition lock up on my truck so much so that I could not move the steering wheel in any direction. Ryan showed up and reviewed videos to find how to get the vehicle in neutral and how to get my steering wheel unlocked and my ignition started. He was friendly, courteous, professional and determined to help me solve my problems before putting the vehicle on the truck. I would highly recommend these towing service to anyone.

My car was towed about 3-4 miles from Firestone to my mechanic on a flatbed recently. They charged $120. There's a tow hitch cover, a round plug on my bumper. Unfortunately, when I got the car back, it was gone. I can't say whether it's there fault or just a coincidence.
They charge low excellent really excellent service probably the best service I've ever seen and didn't charge me too much and I was able to get my car out the same day I would definitely recommend them or do business with them again if I had to be impounded

Last night my Prius wouldn't start so I called Bohn Brothers Toyota in Harvey for an appointment and this was who they recommended. I live in the greater New Orleans area, so I decided to call around to places closer to me at first, but no one could give me a good price. I then called CB Customs LLC and the phone was immediately answered. I was quoted a price about $50 less than a lot of the much nearer competitors, even though he would have to cross the river to come get my car and then take me back across the river. He was very honest with me about the timing of the pickup and gave me a realistic time for when he would arrive the next morning. I got lucky and he called and was able to pick me up almost two hours earlier than expected, which was amazing because it got me to the mechanic as soon as they opened. My driver was very careful, helpful, and knowledgeable with my car especially as I own a hybrid, which many other companies will not touch. My car arrived at the at the automotive shop exactly like it was previously. The ride was pleasant as he was very amicable and the cab was clean. This is the first time I've ever had to have a car towed and it was a very painless and pleasant experience despite the circumstances. I will definitely be recommending CB Customs, LLC to friends and family and also encouraged Bohn Brothers Toyota to continue recommending them because they're honest, hardworking, professional people who are making an honest living by doing an excellent service.
