Abdul was awesome he really helped me out when I was having a major emergency tire fell off I’m and I don’t even have all of the money and he still made sure my care got home safe highly recommended
Abdul did a great job his work was amazing and fast . He customer service was the best I have two sprinter van. They do the best thank you very much. They come very fast very quick. I don’t know what to do guys say again but thank you again anybody called these people?
Your towing company may be quick to service, but that does not give you the right to treat people the way you did. We have saved audio texts of you cussing my sister out for a simple question. Whether it is miscommunication in pricing or language barrier, you do not treat others in that manner. Your racist remarks are uncalled for. You called her "Chinese, with small eyes, so can not see pricing"... you also stated that from now on, you will "ask for picture of ID and anyone that have small eyes you will not do business with". Would you like me to post your audio text here as proof? Being the owner of the business, you should be ashamed of yourself. Mind you, we are not "Chinese", but we're sure people of that ethnicity does not appreciate your remarks either.
Edit to your new response: She did not expect you to tow and not paid. She just wanted to know why she was quoted $145 and charge $175. Instead of explaining or talking to her like a professional, you left her 3 separate audio texts. You used profanity, racism, and disrespectful comments. Once again, I can post the exact audio here for everyone to hear and decide the type of person you are if you keep saying she was causing trouble. You know exactly what you said and I should expose your behavior.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. they were quick response but be careful with the pricing. I called for a tow and was quoted $145, when the driver get there my son was charged $175. I tried reaching out for explanation on the upcharged but the owner hung up on me. After looking at yelp reviews , seem to be their standard procedure, a dishonest one
Abdul did a great job. Fast, professional, friendly, would recommend. Edit: posted under duress, Abdul asked for my phone, stood watching while I typed the review.
They were way faster than AAA. Got here in 10 minutes instead of 5 hours. If you have AAA, just call them and pay for it yourself, then give AAA your receipt
