  Had a horrible experience with these guys almost 10 years ago, the couple tricked me into signing my truck over to them said it was the only way I could get my stuff out. Lol I didn't know better at the time, also I never got my plate off they kept it and I had to pay fines. There's a special place in hell for these folks. Also they work with Gretna police department, not surprised considering how shady they are. Avoid at all cost!

  I have had to use carnival towing on a few different occasions. I have always ground them to be reliable, and responsive to my needs. More importantly they were very cost affective.

  My car was towed when I got there to get my car somebody from the tow yard had been in my car . They left their charger in my car not only that somebody stole all my caps off my tires where u put air in your tires at . Such a shame

  Poor customer service from owner and manager. Yelled at me and had an attitude. My car was stolen and impounded there without my knowledge. When I finally got the paperwork telling me where it was I called in and got one price walked in to redeem my car and got another higher price within 12 hours difference. Drivers are nice and helpful but management is not.

  I called Carnival for a tow today and was pleasantly surprised at how at ease Sean put me when he showed up to give me a tow. I was already nervous with the situation with my car and he was very professional, very polite, knew his stuff about what he needed to do and he was calm, cool and collected. Which helped put my mind at ease. I hope every other employee Carnival has is as good as Sean.

  Well, when I caught a flat on the way to work, I needed a tow to a tire shop. When I called, I was worries I would get Bubba driving a 1975 tow truck that was nothing but rust holding hands.. But to my surprise a large newer Flatbed truck arrived in less time than stated and the driver was nice and courteous. He loaded my truck up fast and secured it and we were on our way..

  Carnival Towing Service is AWESOME. I needed their service on a Sunday, while a football game was on, and it's raining!! I honestly expected a long wait. They were courteous, very very prompt, and AFFORDABLE!! Service was rendered by Mr Bill whom answered the phone and Mr Sean who towed my car. I was already stressed out by the situation I was in, so to receive such great affordable service was truly appreciated!! Other towing services wanted an arm and 2 legs!!!! Thanks Fellows!!
