Mr.Tony deserve zero stars. I had the worst experience with him. My car been sitting to his auto body shop for one month and three weeks.Tony never fixed anything on my car. He wouldn’t respond to my text messages or calls. When he would answer, it was always an excuse or attitude. He is very disrespectful but beg for my service.He promised me a rental car and he never got me one. He lied to the insurance company about the rental car and status of my car getting fixed so many times. I had my car removed from his shop to a dealership. Even the dealership said he never touch anything. I personally would never support him again.
Horrible! The owner is unprofessional. The owner (Tony) gets upset and has an attitude when you call the number listed on google to find out information about your car.
Overall, the experience wasn't bad. He was prompt, and he did do his job. However the only major negative for me, is that a miscommunication added $25 to his fee, which I didn't fuss about because I needed the job done. I could've had it done for free the next day but time was a major factor. I wouldn't say don't use his services, but to just be aware. Make sure you communicate effectively, or you may also be overcharged. Other than that he's ok.
Tony did a very good job. He towed me out of high water in New Iberia and got me to save grounds. He was very professional and was quick to arrive when we called.
