Service department has gone down the toilet. Have made several attempts about a half a dozen to have my truck fixed. I service manager promised me to ride with me to hear the noise. The 4 wheel drive is making horrible noises and he can't just come to the parking lot to hear it. Come on we don't even have to go to the highway. I'm done with Josh the service manager and his staff

This was the first Ford purchased at Marler. We had purchased four others from another local dealer. Tyler the salesman was great in finding me the exact truck that I wanted and was able to purchase it the next day. The entire staff was friendly and helpful and never pressured me to buy anything. My truck is a 2025 Ranger Raptor and so far the best vehicle that I’ve ever owned. I’ve heard that Marler has great customer service after the sale so I’ll find out about this soon.

I recently had a wonderful experience with the service department at Marler. They took the time to assess our 2010 vehicle, which needed many repairs. I still can’t believe how perfectly it drives now. I dropped the truck off at the service department with symptoms of roars and rattles, along with a mildly needed oil change and picked it up a few days later with a near full recovery. The only thing that wasn’t repaired was the ABS, which required a discontinued part (note, my vehicle is a discontinued 2010 Ford sports trac). I couldn’t believe how smoothly the truck drove off the lot. I am super thrilled with the time and care put into this ol’ thing.

We had the absolute best experience yesterday with Paige Delaney! She went above and WAY beyond to get our daughter in the car that she’s been dreaming of! Never once did it feel like we were making a car deal…Paige made us feel like family!???

I have never been a Ford person. But, this experience has changed by thinking. From what I understand from the people I’ve talked to, Marler has the best service department in the area. Everyone from the manager to the salesman to the maintenance department to the financial department bent over backwards to provide me with what I wanted and needed. I am 74 years old and I just bought my first new car. I went there to look at a used Mazda they had and the salesman showed me several vehicles including this one and when I got in to test drive it on the mileage. It only had 9 miles on the Odometer, I nearly freaked out. I knew I could not afford a new vehicle, but they all got together and they provided me with exactly what I wanted. I am now A devoted Marler fan

This review is strictly the service dept. I have my oil changed there bc I'm still under warranty, plus for the price, I'd rather have them do it and have the records than do it myself. ITS WORTH IT. On very few occasions I have been "forgotten or overlooked" but in a busy place that happens, I can't get mad over it, and sometimes the mechanic may leave handprints etc..., but that is the only negative thing I can say AT ALL. They are friendly, professional, courteous, etc.. I trust them 100% with my vehicle.

We would like to thank Bubba, Lauren, and Randel for the best and most enjoyable purchase experience we have ever had. Not only did we buy a vehicle, but we were able to meet new friends, interact with current friends, and reconnect with old friends that we lost track of over the years. I can’t say enough about Marler Ford and staff today on how well we were treated. We literally spent the day shopping with them because I had no idea what I wanted and needed to look and drive everything! Everyone was very professional and genuinely polite. Bri was AMAZING to deal with and had a very effortless and easy trade in process. She was very professional and took her time to understand My needs and wants and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for.

I came in to get an oil change and see if they could squeeze me in to get a couple of recalls done on my Maverick. I was told they could get the oil changed and tired rotated quickly, but the recall we may have to schedule. I told them I didn't mind waiting, so they went ahead and did the recall programming. Overall good experience and good service.

I have dealt with Marler Ford for years with their Service Department. I have ALWAYS been so very pleased with the service from each and every person that works at Marler. Stephanie, Heather, Misty, Josh, Ryan, and I am sure I may be missing someone. But to receive the personable attention and efficiency from each one. Mr. Leon and Mr. David ( hope I have that one right ) are the Valet service guys who come and retrieve your vehicle if stranded. I had a dead battery this past Friday am, called service, stated it would be a couple of hours, well the guys had finished up earlier than expected and arrived at my home within 30 minutes. I call them my Angels, they are so very kind. They took my car to Marler, service called and confirmed the issue, gave the quote and proceeded to work on. My car was back to me within 2 hours of the call I made originally with dead battery. I have left reviews in the past, same techs same administration, These people have been with Marler, and have continued to give that Professional and Personal touch, I do not believe we have that with other businesses anymore. But very GRATEFUL and THANKFUL for each one of these!!!! They truly are a Blessing to me. Thank you Marler Staff for all you do.
