I would like to give a shout out to Brandon Ryan with Schriever Auto Parts for his help Tuesday. I called AAA for a jump, thinking my battery was dead in my 2024 Chevrolet Equinox, but it was quickly diagnosed by Austin, the first technician from Schriever Auto Parts, as a “ Crank but won’t start” problem related to a fuel pump control valve module, something I learned is very common in GM SUVs and trucks in recent model years. I recalled AAA and got approval for a tow to AJ Dohmann Chevrolet in Berwick, which had a part in stock and could handle it that afternoon. Brandon showed up, loaded my car, and literally gave this 220-pound, 81-year-old a boost to get into the wrecker truck passenger seat. As we drove 30 minutes to the dealership, Brandon told me it had been a very busy day. Nevertheless, he was very hospitable and delivered my car (and me) to the dealership. Gratefully, the repair was covered by warranty, and I was on my way back home in about 30 minutes. I would give Brandon and Schriever Auto Parts A five star rating!

My cousin and I were stuck in remote area. I called because I needed a tow truck to bring me to a tire store. Brandon picked us up and delivered us to our location in record time. I received a call from Schriever auto parts and wrecker service and Brandon told me he had a flat to change and would be about 20 minutes or so. He later called and said it would be another 10 or 15 minutes. I really was happy to be kept informed as to when he was coming to pick up my car which was not starting at all. He also upon arrival did a check on the battery and told me he thought it was OK as well as the alternator but being I put the call in, it would be better to follow through and have Robichaux Ford check it out this morning
He was very pleasant and helped to ease my fears about what may or may not be wrong with my vehicle. This company is definitely lucky to have such a Conscientious employee and I hope they realize it.

My Tow Driver Brandon was a joy and pleasure to meet. I was nervous about the situation with my vehicle, but he met me with a positive attitude, and I don't know if he realized it but by him just being kind and showing concern about what was going on with my vehicle, and talking to me, that made me feel at ease. He showed EXCELLENT customer support by being genuinely nice, and able to communicate. I can say that my experience with Brandon was a GREAT one. I believe that there are still some people with a genuine moral humanity for others dealing with problems and issues. Brandon is one of those people.

The service person arrive even earlier than expected. He was professional and arrived with the correct equipment, showed a respect for my property, and made sure items such as the wheel locking nut was properly stored after use.
