Everyone is always very helpful. You arrive with a problem, pretty well guarantee you will leave with a solution. They have parts for just about any model tractor and implement you could think of. And if they don't have it, they can surely get it quick. I definitely recommend this business to anyone needing parts.

I go there For myself and my business, money and time go hand in hand that’s why I go to Klump’s, to save money and because I’m confident if I give them the right numbers off tag plates the part will be right the first time.
I’ve never been spoken rude to or not helped right when I walk in the building, I also realize I’m not walking into a “safe space zone” , or a coffee shop or whatever the latest generation has conjured up, I’m walking into a business that has survived decades doing business the same way it should be done all over.

Not friendly at all. Every time we do business with them, when you call them for something they act like you are bothering them. Then they never call you back. We have gotten to the point where we rather pay dealer cost than deal with them.
