Terrible... sold me a bad alternator now I'm sitting on the side of interstate 55 broke down waiting on a ride. Why is it so hard to get a working alternator now days?
Wrong parts the first 2 trips... the lady who helped me apparently had very limited knowledge of the product. My next 2 trips were successful and I had no complaints.
This store is great, I am from Mississippi and my best friend was stranded in this town with spark plug wire troubles. Employee, Bertha, was amazing, she helped my friend to get back on the road, she went above and beyond.
Service is always great every time I go in, specifically Michelle seems to always be on duty when I go there, and another young lady but I can't remember her name. I never have to wait in line or wonder the aisles, the young gentleman in thereare always eager to point out what I need are to direct me in the right direction! I love the new location, it's always very nice and clean! Including the parking lot!
