Your staff was friendly and helpful, however you third party dispatchers were not, they were rude and it took several days for anyone to call me back, once I was contacted, it went very smooth, it was frustrating but finally resolved

They picked my car up and gave me a check. No one was able to cash it so I took it to their bank and the check dod not clear. I called back immediately after bank could not cash it. This company gave me the around saying they were about to cash app me my money bc they didn't know why the check didn't clear. 25 hours and 40 calls later 36 of them was ignored. I left a msg saying I was going to come up there and I expect my money or car all of sudden I had money was transferred. And they still didn't inform me. I just so happen to check my cash app account after the last msg I sent. I would never use this company again bc of the lack of professionalism. And the fact that they was trying to keep my car and money by giving me the run around.
didn’t get tow pick up time and date my car got towed without me - I had to do the work to find my car get my check and go to tow location to give them my title and the keys and then get my check

They were very unprofessional the original offer was much higher than what they actually paid and it took weeks to actually get it done I was tired of debating so I accepted the lower offer I had a blue tech which is limited edition worth more I was paid for a regular standard model towing is supposed to be free but they charged me for that as well they are scamming people go to another company if you can they object is to under pay and over charge I’ll never deal with this company again

Easy experience from start to finish. They stay in contact with you and walk you through the whole process. Also sent the nicest tow truck driver who didn’t laugh when I told him I was going to cry when he left with the car lol
TL;DR they will buy your car, but be prepared for communication issues.
They will buy your car and pick it up for a decent price. That being said their communication skills are... lacking. They'll call servel times in a short period and don't seem to realize other people have jobs too.
The internal communication is poor as everytine you call them you have to re-explain everything again and again. If dealing with a third entity such as a dealership or shop, expect to have to play middle man and get the shop to call as they don't seem able to do it themselves and you'll be waiting weeks for them to do so. They don't use certified checks but mine did not bounce, do with that what you will.
The process was easy and the customer service was awesome! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the pickup driver didn’t communicate timing well and I had to wait longer than expected

This was my first experience working with Akash Gahlay. He was very professional and guided me through the entire process which had been ongoing for a short period of time. Overall the experience was good. The price I got for the car was higher than competitors. The one area I was disappointed in was in the coordination of the pick up of the car. I was told that the car wouldn't be picked up from The Body Shop where it was located between 1 and 5 PM and that I would be called 1 hour prior to his arrival to allow me time to get to The Body Shop. Instead the driver arrived at 9:30 AM and never contacted me prior to arrival. When I spoke to him on the phone while he was at the Body Shop he said he was never given that directive to contact me 1 hour in advance. So the problem was twofold it was outside of the 4 hour arrival time I was told and there was no 1 hour prior advanced call saying the driver was on his way.
It was so easy dealing with Cash For Cars. It was so fast, as I was putting the information in the computer I received a call from Martha and she made the process so easy. And I believe I got a fair price for the car. They also picked the car up within 48 hours. I highly recommend this company. Sondra
2 reasons for this 1 Star experience -
1) I was told I needed to get my title notarized and when they picked up the car they said it wasn’t necessary at all ($30.00)
2) I was told that all they needed was the picture of the title front and back. Nothing was said about needing the title at the pickup. This led to a 2 week delay in the process.
Your company needs better communication all around.

My experience with cash for cars was a great process. Everyone that I spoke to were very patient, knowledgeable, and kind. Everything that they said, would happen with the process… Did. They brought me my check in exchange for the car and title. It was exactly what they said it would be for. So, I was pleased with everything, except on the last day of communication between Copart and the dispatcher to pick up the vehicle; however, they corrected their mistake and everything was all good.
Obtaining quote and guidance on executing title was great. Problem experienced was that vehicle was picked up without my knowledge or notification. Had to drive to Copart yard to turn over title and waited 35 minutes for tow truck to arrive so that I could receive check and obtain license plate from vehicle. This adventure required more than 1 1/2 hours time.
Most of the process was not a problem until I scheduled the pick up. I scheduled the pickup for the day after I submitted copies of the paperwork for the vehicle. I was adamant that the appointment must be before noon as I work from home for a company handling protected health information and have to abide by strict guidelines. I was told that I would receive a call from the driver an hour in advance of his arrival and I agreed to the terms. On the same day that I scheduled the pickup for the next day, not long after clocking in for my shift the driver arrived unannounced. As he was a day early and had not called ahead my door was open and my dog was out. Before I could disconnect from the call that I was on, my dog bit the driver who saw him in the yard and approached the door anyway. As I got to the driver he told me my dog bit him and I told him that he hadn't called ahead of time and wasn't supposed to be here until tomorrow and most importantly it was after noon. He left agreeing to come back at the scheduled time but because I did not adhere to my companies zero tolerance for call avoidance, I was suspended from work for a week with no pay. When I called to get an explanation of what the scheduled appointment was for if the driver didn't adhere to it and notify you that I had been suspended from my job because your company did not follow your own procedure, I was transferred one person to the next with no one assuming responsibility. After being on hold and transferred multiple times over the timespan of 37 minutes I hung up. I strongly suggest that if you have a process in place that you explain to your customers that you follow the structure you put in place. I was lucky that I did not lose my. Your driver would not have been bitten by my dog had he followed your process and I would have been able to use the money I received for the sale of my car for what I had planned rather than to supplement the income I'm losing because of the carelessness of your company.
After dealing with another company and hearing excuses about a pickup time for 6 weeks we were glad to have contacted your company. Everyone seemed to be quite knowledgeable and very helpful. I found Cash for Cars online and began the sales process on their site. I was contacted the next day by one of their buyers to confirm sales price and give proceeding instructions. They were very patient and communicative with me throughout the process and I was paid the agreed at the time my car was pick up with no BS. I had previously tried to sale this car to another online buyer who changed up the price and tried to renegotiate at the time of pick up. I was so happy I did not have to deal with that in this transaction!
