My friend and I had connection problems with our vehicle. We stopped by to ask the male to take a look at the battery and alternator. He made a smirky comment towards my friend that it should be made mandatory in school how to check the car to make sure it’s getting a connection. I don’t know if his comment was made towards my friend being that he is a male as well and doesn’t know as much about vehicles or what. Altogether you get paid to help customers. No need for ignorant comments.
Stopped here and grabbed some brake pads and the stuff I needed to change my oil

Just stopped in to check battery and alternator and had the best help in town! Michelle is so knowledgeable and patient. She walked us through the process of cleaning our battery, helped us pick out the correct coolant and got us back on our way home to San Antonio. Her knowledge and expertise just saved us hundreds of dollars! Everyone else on shift was also so nice and helpful! Thank you guys!
Was at register to pay for my goods. Employee handed me a Tub o Towels packet said it is free with discount. I get home look at my receipt and was charged 79 cents for towel and had senior discount of $1.28. Charging me for the towel diminished the senior discount. What happened on that transaction was deceitful. I will not be going to any O'Reilly stores in the future.
This store visit I was working on the brakes of my F250, again. The last time I worked on the rear brakes I replaced the old calipers, rotors, and brake pads with the O'Reilly lifetime warranty parts (Bosch and Wagner were the brands). Whenever I can get the lifetime warranty parts I do. This has saved me hundreds in the last 12 months, just on the front and rear brakes for this F250.
Keep up with your receipts! If you have to buy a fireproof gun safe for $600, just to put lifetime warranty receipts in for auto parts you've bought and nothing else, the safe will pay for itself in the first few times you swap out those parts (for free).
The folks behind the counter were super helpful. I forgot to take the caliper mounting bracket off of the caliper I was swapping out. Before I could go out to the truck and do that the guy had a couple of end wrenches and was done. Not his first rodeo.
William helped me today. He is the manager and he is very helpful and friendly, as are the other staff members. They even offered to order a hard to find part for me.
