Terrible customer service $100 on paint yes primer and lacquer thinner, and a few other items spending over 202 $150 that day they gave me the wrong parts for my AC twice from occasions I had to go back to return them twice never complain, but the paint and primer and lacquer thinner I purchased it sat in the back of my SUV for a week and had a little rust residue on the metal caps from condensation and Susie the manager says no she can’t take the pain from her back because it’s got rushed. I told her will always have to do is wipe it off she still refused and had an attitude even before I tried to return anything as if I was the problem for bringing the items back, even though they were the ones that sold me the wrong stuff.
By far bar nine and hands down since Napa is gone and you want to go to AutoZone if it's towards the end of the month are you low on change... These guys always have everything you ever need plus some over AutoZone for one and for two they don't have to resort to a manual when you ask them for help upon installation or walking outside and having to look at your vehicle... super cool kudos!
Went in to have the coder put on to see what was wrong. The guys were so rude!! Said he couldn't leave one person in store to do it.
There were no other customers!
Every time I go here they give me the wrong part they need to get organized better another addition since the last time I went to O'Reilly's Auto parts in Moss bluff they can't even get a headlight right for my vehicle most incompetent O'Reilly's West of the Mississippi warning to everyone please don't go there or if you do check your parts before you leave because apparently they don't know what they're doing
They told me they couldn't hook the computer up to the car because it didn't have a check engine light on which if you know anything about the computers mechanics use to see what's wrong, internally, with the vehicle, that's a lie to get out of an easy service to provide for the customer. The computer doesnt need anything except to be plugged up to a running vehicle to get results. Waste of time. Won't be going back. I thought the employees knew what they were doing.
I was asked a few times if I needed assistance while shopping here. It's an auto parts store so you probably only come here if that's what you're looking for in the first place. It's a good store with decent prices.
The guys in the Lake Charles, La O'Reily were very attentive and worked hard to find the parts we needed. They even found an O'Reulys in Lake Charles that had our parts in stock. That was not the case in other O'Reilys that we went to .
Stood in line for a long time. Was about to walk out when a register opened finally. Told the guy I was about to walk out because of the long wait. He said go ahead. Guys name was William. Horrible representation of the company. Should be fired ASAP. Tried the corporate line and of course the customer complaint office is closed on the weekend when Saturday their busiest day. Total lack of concern for customers. .
Awesome people,, and I say this is b/c when u go in and say what ur looking for,, they already know ur vehicle's make-modol-year, and already has it pulled up on their computer!!! Its cool that they pay attention and care bout ur needs, and wants!!! HOLLA!!!
O’Reilly’s, this location in particular is where I get most of my parts from. Rarely have a problem w/ bad parts and the staff is always friendly. Only complaint I have lately is the store hours. Closing @ 5:00 makes no sense... That leaves no time in the afternoon for most to get anything. What really sucks is the website doesn’t say that they close @ 5:00
It says there open, they have the open sign on, and the lights on but the door is locked.. I've always had issues with this O'Reilly's no wonder I kept driving to the deridder location..
Amazing that they were open so soon after Hurricane Laura destroyed the area. Kudos to the staff for being there under difficult working conditions when people needed them. They've earned my business all of the time.
The employees there are always very helpful. Every time I go in there very nice and polite and then get your stuff and get you out. Thank you O'Reilly Moss Bluff store.
This is my go to Auto Store in Moss Bluff..
Kevin and the other men know me and know what I need for my car repairs since my son is a mechanic. I don't have to send my car anywhere for repairs. I get the part name and go straight there. If O'riellys doesn't have what I need in stock, they call the other stores for me w/out me even having to ask.. Today they had to order my part but it will be in at 9 in morning. They are fast to help me and get me in my way to having the car repaired and back in the road. The store is easy to find on hwy 171 in Moss Bluff. Across from Walgreens and next door to Dicky's BBQ. Btw is some awesome food.
I find this particular store is just okay, nothing really separates them from any other auto parts store out there. They seem to be knowledgeable staff however the friendly "hi welcome to O'Reilly's" or "hi how can I help you today" seems to have escaped them most of the time. Their prices seem to be on par with any other store out there so I wouldn't make a special trip just to go to this one unless they really had the part I needed. With all that being said in the end it's just another part store nothing special.
They have not been too busy to maintain fast and quality service in my many visits there over the years. I can say that for almost every O'Reilly store I've been to, but I've been to this one the most. I would like to see them be more competitive on automotive batteries as they are about 25% higher than other part stores. But that's not something I have to buy very often.
