Hello everyone, This organization is so professional, family oriented and they truly put the E in empathy. I called them because my car broke down in a random town during traveling out of town. I couldn’t find the part I needed anywhere.
Mr.Tim and his partner went out their way to order it for me. They continued to communicate with me even after the part arrived.
Needless to say the part didnt work out for me but they still continued to be professional, courteous and provided excellent customer care.
They went above and beyond and put the C in customer service and care. This team is so awesome!!!

I looked for a motor for my Buick for two weeks before someone recommended I call TNT. In maybe two days, Mr. Tim found me a great motor with low miles and in great condition! He was so much help and answered all the questions I had. When we arrived, the process was very simple and smooth and we were back on the road home, motor loaded for us in less than 15 minutes. I needed a brake booster for my car. They called and got it ordered right away. It didn't fit. They got the right one ordered the very next day. The right master cylinder too. I purchased a used car approximately six months ago for my daughter’s Sweet 16th Birthday. Unfortunately, the motor went out in the car unexpectedly. I took it to a mechanic shop and I was referred to this establishment to purchase a motor for my daughter‘s vehicle. I placed the order for the motor and it arrived a few days later. It was delivered to the mechanic shop for me. Let me say, this vehicle ran better with the motor I purchased from TNT than the original motor that came with the car. I appreciate Tim at TNT for all of his assistance in making this process, easy and fast for my daughter’s car to get back running. This purchase also came with a one year warranty. I would definitely recommend TNT.

I drove 14 hours round-trip to pick up a door and other parts for my truck back in November. The door that I picked up was a lot more damaged than anyone realized, so these guys cut me a ridiculous deal on the parts. I was able to get the door fixed and my truck road-worthy again. If you’re looking for a hard to find item and want good service, call Tim. I recently purchased a used transmission from TNT and the freight truck that shipped it didn’t strap the tranny down. Obviously the transmission rolled around in the box trailer while being delivered and broke several components on it. I notified Tim of the trouble, and he told me to order whatever needed replacing and send him the receipts. He put the money back on my card within 15 minutes of notifying him of the $225 worth of parts. Great guy to do business with. Highly recommend doing business with him.
Hey there, I was recommended by another auto parts store to get what I was needing. Tim found the part , kept in constant communication on the part and also he gave me $10 off if I’d remembered his name , lol. He also went above and beyond on shipping and got it to me in Texas in a timely manner . TNT is now my go to for parts if needed in the future. Highly recommend.

We bought a motor from TNT, had some issues & needed TNT to help solve the problem. David & Tim went above & beyond to solve the issue and made the process simple. The motor had to be replaced, no fault of TNT. Turn around time for the replacement was just a couple days. They also talked with our mechanic several times to trouble shoot the 1st motor. I was never dismissed by them as a female on the other end of the phone. I really appreciated that too!

TNT Auto Parts is INCREDIBLE!!! I spoke with Tim over the phone on Friday and my rear end taillight made it on Tuesday. Big J installed it within 5 minutes and Tim located another part I needed as well. Tim and his crew are excellent and I highly recommend them!

I had reached out to probably 6-8 different auto part shops looking for this window switch with no luck and frankly less than friendly people. Everyone was pretty much telling me I had to order it and it wouldnt make it soon enough, but not TNT. When I called TNT Auto, Tim was so friendly and immediately joined me in my mission for this part. I had to drive to Utah for a funeral and my window would not roll down; small problem yes but a HUGE inconvenience to me. After making sure he could get the exact part for me he messaged that morning and had it waiting on me at the front desk. Tim was extremely helpful and professional and I couldn’t be more grateful. Man this place is awsome. Shop with confidence. Only place i found the part i needed and in excellent condition for a cheap price. I'm so glad i found this business. Excellent customer service. Very friendly. I ordered in the morning and had my package ready to ship to Houston, TX like literally 2 hours later and called me to let me know and sent me the tracking number. These folks went above and beyond all I could imagine. Not only did they have a part that I could not find in arkansas, they were the only ones to have the part in Louisiana. I would like to send a Huge thank you to Tim (TNT) salvage for going above and beyond in customer service for helping me with my granddaughter’s car. I was in a position where I bought a transmission and I didn’t know who was going to fix her car after the other guy realized that he didn’t have the tools to do it.The transmission was sitting at TNT bought and pay for. I received the absolute best customer service from TNT. I also live over an hour away, the man who helped me made sure the parts I bought were ready to be loaded once we arrived.
