Had a blowout on our trailer - completely shredded the tire, destroyed the fender.
Closest tire service was Rogers. From the start they addressed the issue efficiently. They didn’t have the correct tire so they sent someone to buy one. Simultaneously another employee came to our location to remove the wheel and take it back to their shop. A third person returned to install the new tire which had been mounted on our wheel. We were able to pay remotely via text. We were on our way again within 90 minutes of contacting the shop.
(for context; we’ve often waited 2-3 hours do AAA to simply arrive at the scene!)

I just want to say that this man was so nice, friendly, and professional to us. I was passing through Arcadia on the way to Shreveport to take Mom to the Dr. I pulled up at a travel stop. As soon as I got out of the car, I noticed I had a flat tire. I called Rogers. I was able to air up my tire, and make it to Rogers. He was able to fix my flat. We were on our way in no time at all. Thank you Rogers Tire and Towing service!! I do recommend this place to anyone!
I had been trying to get a spark plug and coil replaced on my car all day and no shop in Ruston could get it done that day. I got in contact with Keith at Rogers' Tire & Roadside and Brandon and Frank got me in and out in less than 15 minutes the same day!

A life saver, we were on the side of the road for 4hrs, AAA couldn't get anyone to come out to change the tire because they don't pay them enough. Contacted this company
and spoke with Keith. So prompt, he sent Chris who came to the rescue in 30 degree weather. Changed the tire in no time. He went over and beyond.

Rogers Tire & Roadside LLC food a wonderful job helping me with my tire when I had a blow out. Great customer service and genuine. After the guy finished with my tire he watched as I left and noticed something wrong with my tire .. he immediately called and told me to pull over again to double check my tire again. Experienced a blown out inner tire on our RV going through LA on I-20 and found this place as the closest roadside assistance to us. An hour and a half after calling them we were back on the road with a new tire! Wonderful, prompt and courteous service!! Thank you!!

Keith and Roy are amazing !!! We were coming through and ended up blowing a tire after calling multiple people Rogers Tire came through to help us!!! Reliable, friendly, quick, responsibly priced . Their service was warm and helpful out of EVERY tow truck place I called this was the ONLY one that didn’t try to rob me in price . That showed up. Roy the one who came to assist with the tire was so respectful, quick and kind best place hands down !!!
My wife call for road side assistance for a flat tire. She was about 5 minutes from there shop.
When they arrived the service checked the tire and didn’t tell my wife if it was repairable or not. He just asked if she wanted him to put the spare donut tire on. My wife replied “I guess so”.
After installing the spare tire on the car he gave her the bill.
$181.00 to change a tire!!!!!!!!!!

They got to us very quickly when we had a tire blowout on the interstate. Tyler was very kind and helpful. He helped us unpack the car to get to the spare tire and helped us repack. He stayed with us until he knew we were saved to drive away. Tyler is a wonderful asset to your company.
