Mr. Mike helped me find and install car parts. When the installation didn’t work perfectly, he provided a temporary solution and advised on a permanent fix. Despite the job being around my wheel wells, he remained cheerful and didn’t complain about the dirt. He even let me use the employee bathroom to wash up as we were both very dirty. I called to inquire about a mechanics roll around stool. I was very rudely replied to that you do not have stools. I asked if he understood what I was looking for. I told him it was like a mechanics creeper for working under cars but it was a seat for working on brakes and things. He again very rudely said we don't sell those things. I have been an Oreilleys customer for a long time, but service and attitudes like this makes me think if that will continue to be the case.
