This is the best place to buy a vehicle, we we're there about 4 hours traded a vehicle in, test drove the Toyota Rav 4 SUV signed paperwork, and was on our way home. Very satisfied with the sales and the manager, and their efficiency, I told the manager he might be young but he certainly had his stuff together, he knew what he was doing! Very nice and down to earth people. Thank you.
I love the Oakdale Autozone. All of their staff are friendly and always helpful. They take the extra steps to help their customers and their prices are very reasonable!!!
Me and my family were stranded at the local sonic we called several people to help us our battery was dead after we called O’Reilly‘s they would not help us and they were only one store away at the local sonic so my son-in-law called AutoZone in Oakdale to see if they would come over and help us they drove all the way from AutoZone to sonic jumped off our car and helped us and we tried to offer to pay them something they would not take it I recommend using this part store in Oakdale Louisiana over any other parts store in Oakdale thank you very much for your kindness it’s very much appreciated
This has to be the worse parts store I’ve ever been in. Rude associates. Part of their training should be people skills. The only associate that was any good now works at oreilly. I would only use Autozone in a pinch but I’ll wait even if they have it on the shelf.
Unprofessional and rude employees. I applied for a job at this location called back 3 times and have been told our store manager isn't here. Then they refused to write my name down and leave a note just said call another day. So i came in person to buy a belt and asked to see the store manager the lady helping me said oh he's hear somewhere and ignored me from that point on. Also as i mentioned I was there to look for a belt and because the part number didn't bring up a belt she said we don't have a belt that size never even tried to measure it and match it up with another belt. So after driving 40 minutes to another autozone they found me a belt in 5 minutes and also showed me that the other autozone had 3 of the belts i needed just ridiculous if you ask me
Excellent customer service!! Knowledgeable and efficient! Would definitely recommend to all my friends. Store manager was friendly, courteous and helpful. As a single woman with no way to jump my car, the store manager came to my house and installed my new battery!! 😃😃
My daughter and I broke down at the gas station nearby as Caletrix not only was the ONLY person to stop he gave us a jump and went above and beyond. As he pulled away my vehicle died again and he saw that from his job and yet again came over to jump us and followed us back to autozone. They called around for an alternator which is on the way here and he is reaching out to mechanics to help put it in on top of making sure we are comfortable as we wait. This gentleman is the role model for customer service and how to be human. Thank you thank you thank you for the opportunity to meet such a wonderful gentleman!!!!
Not even a customer- just an evacuee/commuter. Traveling back to Lake Charles for the, what seems like, millionth time — and got a flat. The amazing gentlemen at Auto Zone were kind enough to help me change my flat. I can’t thank you enough!!!! #southerngentlemen #faithinhumanity
My husband and I were in a bind and Jocelyn went over and above to help us out. She has excellent customer service. The manager was also wonderful and quick to complement his employee's gard work ethic. Will be going to this Auto Zone again!
Check engine light was on and we were on a 6 hour trip. Stopped at this auto zone, they ran it on their computer and found out it was just a loose cable. They even tightened it for us, and all with no charge. I only shop at Auto Zone. Wish there were more than 5 stars to rate it. Thank you so much!!
