Our teenage son and his girlfriend were driving from Central Texas to New Orleans when his truck stopped working on the side of I10. Bruce's provided prompt, safe service at a fair price. They gave the kids a ride to a mechanic while offering advice on places to stay should the need one. Our interactions with this business helped make a very stressful situation manageable for all parties involved.
Can’t speak highly enough of Bruce’s I-10 Wrecker Service. Car overheated, Justin arrived within 45 minutes and did a great job getting the car loaded up and hauled to Jennings (for a very reasonable price I might add). However, the real story was co-owner Janet Rogers Singleton spending her Sunday afternoon driving myself, my wife, and my 85 year old mother-in-law approximately 55 miles to the Lake Charles airport to pick up a rental car. She refused all attempts to compensate her for her trouble. Thank you Janet, you truly did bless us by turning what could’ve been one of the worst days into one of the best days!
I have a question. Do you have a 1998 Toyota Tacoma motor? Also a similar motor w another vehicle that’ll be compatible? Would it cost to go pull apart things on wrecked vehicles or take a wrecked vehicle for restoration at a junk yard?

Called at 1030 pm.when our brand new car broke down in Crowley. Never could get them to answer phone. Had to pay wrecker to come from lake Charles. He knows Bruce’s and said that’s typical for them. They answer the east calls.

That’s what was said when I asked for my items . I wrecked my rig due to someone jumping in front of me . Dodged them but I almost died .
My truck was crashed into multiple trees.
After the wreck the truck was so damaged that it had to be picked up and dropped into dump .
Theses guys found my phone,Gun,and wallet in this dump but failed to find my duffle bag which I see part of before I was carried to the hospital so I know it was there.
I can’t help but keep feeling these guys stole from me . I asked them for my rounds that were taking out of the gun because I know my finger prints were on them and they say it was so the gun wouldn’t fire. With that being said my rounds should have been with the gun as well but wasn’t . My life for those items in the duffel shouldn’t have been a trade off for you guys . If your items make it here they may not make it out.
Learned never to unhook your Simi from your trailer when your stuck in a ditch, it's your pivot point and your trailer could end up on its side if you do so, fortunately Bruce's has professionals that operate their equipment mine didn't
Kelly, who assisted us, was polite & not a jerk face. I rated it 3 stars though because for them to be only 5 minutes from our location, it took over an hour for him to come. The kicker was that they charge $250 an hour with a 2 hour minimum. It took less than 30 minutes to pull the trailer out. Oh & to escape a $20 card fee, try to have that $500 cash handy.
I got stuck. They came and pulled me out. It was a little tricky but they got it done with no damage at a very reasonable price if I ever need service of this type again in this area I will definitely call them again.
