Was a horrible experience. I drove almost 2 hours and was told by the owner that a vehicle there belonged to his nephew . To get ahold of him . I got ahold of his nephew from the number he gave me and the nephew told me to go get the parts .. when I got there they acted like they had no clue what I was talking about and wouldn’t let me explain anything . Kevin the owner started cussing me and threatening me . Walked up on me !! I made a report with the police department!!! Stay away !!
I was looking at a truck to buy and the owner said he didn't have time for me to take it to my mechanic as he was going out of town. He said he was going to Wilson's in Versailles to drop off something and that they could inspect it and let me know if it needed anything which he told me it didn't. They called me and said it was a great truck and told me it needed no work......well in the year and a half I've owned the truck it's needed many parts the exhaust was hanging off the truck it needed the air conditioning fixed and charged it needed a new air compresser belt it needed a front tie rod it needed all four brakes and rotors and shocks it was empty in the brake fluid it needed a radiator flush and a transmission flush. Needless
to say Wilson's Towing and Junkyard are liars and you shouldn't trust their word at all. I am a woman and i feel completely scammed by Wilson's as well as the seller of the truck. Beware of this Business.
The people at Wilson's were great!! After someone wrecked my car I wasn't sure what to do. Kevin answered all my questions and told me what I needed to do next. They made the experience a lot less stressful
I called to inquire about a replacement wheel hub cap and was told in a very brash and sarcastic manner that "we don't sell our wheel hubs, try hubcaps.com". It's an auto parts store! What do they sell?
This is the first place I will go from here on. They recently did some work on one of my vehicles and everything Is running perfectly, and at a GREAT price. They treated me right, so I will be back.
One of those places where they know what they have and if you need it it's yours and they won't normally mind if you got the tools and the know how and the ware abouts of how to get to what u need hey may just let you go out and pick it for yourself
I recently had a tire fall off my truck. I live in the country and it left me stranded in the road. I called Wilson's and they sent a guy right away. Treated my truck like it was his own. Got my truck home safe with no further damage. I'll refer them to anyone I know needs a tow.
I had to get my truck towed yesterday I called and he came and towed it and gave me a ride and he is one of the nicest guys I'd ever met he went above and beyond when he didn't have to and by far the cheapest around I can't imagine ever calling anyone else
Sold me a motor, guaranteed 30 day warranty, installed it and already knocking, called to get my money back and they would not do it, hung up on me, called back and blew me off again.
