The kids that work in here in evening may not always know the answers but I think if you're going to buy parts you should already know what you're doing for most part. I love that they don't man-splain to me and treat me like any other knowledgeable customer. The kids are alright. ♥️
I came to get rotors resurfaced after calling four O'Reillys and all saying they don't know how to do it. Fourth one said they could, so I drove 20 minutes to get there. The lady didn't know what brembos were. She refused to resurface my 13 month old, 45k mile rotors, not even gone through one full set of pads. Due to false information provided by the computer about minimum thickness. She was too dense to read the minimum thickness measurement casted into the rotor. O'Reilly's wont resurface new rotors.
My battery died at the kroger gas station! After spotting my friend and i jumping my car, and seeing me being turned away from the Autozone (which is right next door btw) for a simple battery test.. LOGAN appeared ready to assist. He was so kind to help, went back to his store. He came back in a flash and tested my battery, starter, and alternator. He was a blessing in giving me direction and reassurance. Professional and extremely knowledgeable. O’reily’s gained a customer for life. Autozone, telling me they couldnt do anything, even though being right next door, will never see another dime from me! Ask for Logan!

I Was on my way to keeneland horse racing in the snow and the battery light came on stop at Oreillys they check the battery then put a new one in to great then on to the Track
