Went there a couple weeks ago to buy a stereo out of a car to put in mine. I’ve done the research and everything and it all fit wonderfully, fairly priced parts too. Customer service is TERRIBLE. They degraded me and rudely told me that what I was doing would NOT work even though they were baffled the piece I needed was even considered a radio. Good priced parts but terrible customer service. REGARDLESS OF GENDER!!! My brother did the same thing and they basically told him the same thing as well.
Very bad service, and over priced. Called about fender two Days prior to picking it up , When I got there, the fender wasn’t pulled, and On top of that The fender was rusted out, Wasted two hours of my day driving there, So I decided to get a Trim piece off the bumper , But they wouldn’t sell it to me without buying the fender Flare , They ended up charging me $260 , For two Trim pieces Off of a fender that was $300 That was rusted out , knowing well, they would’ve thrown the whole thing out. Buy anywhere but here
Highly recommend. My 1st experience dealing with a salvage yard in over 20 years. Persistent to fine a fair price brought me to them with over a week of looking and making calls. They were fair and honest. Can't recommend enough. Thanks Kenny!

Great experience! I called they said they had the parts I was looking for. I drove 60 miles to find this place--so not on my way to anywhere. What I found was a parking lot full and people lined up inside and out. The unexpected was they actually had the parts I had called about in fair to good condition (which I was told before the drive). They suggested taking a wheel to a local shop to make sure the wheels would fit before I purchased all 4 and driving back 60 miles to find out they didnt fit. GREAT advice and a purchase made with confidence. I will return and recommend Davis Salvage & auto parts.
Drove over 2 hrs one way for a flawless Ford truck door, and that was after the man says let me put my eyes on it... Oh yes it's perfect says the owner.. Got there and waited around 45 mins to get to look at it.. Door was dented several places.. And the others on Hand wasn't much better. I do understand junk yard doors.... But when you call and verify first it's poor business. Do not recommend..
2 stars, because I got the parts I needed. Service was the worst ever. No room to move around at the parts office. And not one of the 4 people there at their desk addressed me. Female! I instead had to just very rudely ask for help. Not one friendly person in that office.
I needed a used 5.3L engine. I was very impressed with the organization and system they have in place in their engine warehouse. We were in and out in about 30 mins. They offered a 60 day warranty on only the engine (labor excluded). I have had the engine installed for almost two months now and it is running great!
I called to locate an exhaust manifold for a 8.1l Chevy 2500 truck. The manifold could not be located locally and online parts supply company’s were out of stock. I was referred to Davis for hard to find parts by one of their competitors. I called Davis and spoke with a gentleman who quickly located the exact part I needed. They were quick to ship and when the part was delivered to my surprise, the manifold was sandblasted clean. Very happy dealing with these guys.
Ordered a part to be shipped long distance for a shop. Part arrived late and the shipping was done wrong; lucky we just happen to have a way to unload it otherwise it would have had to be redelived another day. Part also came in way overpriced for what was agreed on. Would not recommend them and will not work with them in the future.
I will never ever use these people again. I called and made it very clear I had to drive over an hour and to please make sure they had the part I needed. I was assured they had it and it would be ready. I get there for them to tell he they messed up and can’t sell me that part. They ask me to wait and they will find another one. I waited an hour for them to give me the wrong part. Now I have to drive another hour to take it back.... thanks guys! If I could give you zero stars, I would!
Terriable service. The salesman tried to charge me $50 each for bumper sensors on a dodge ram that you can buy on ebay for four for $30. When I told him this he said I'm not selling you anything now. A totally wasted trip. I'll never go back.
Worked with Kenny on a truck bed that needed to be shipped to Wisconsin. Great service, he arranged shipping and the bed was secured by a "fort knox" pallet. Arrived in about 4 days! We will be able to bolt it on the truck and go. Super service!

My company bought a transmission from these unprofessional people an on the back of there receipt it states we guarantee transmission gears to be in good condition at time of purchase transmissions are guaranteed to work properly at the time of purchase. Yet, it wasn’t in good condition at all wouldn’t go into gear have a business to run they were closed all last week of the 4th of July of 2019 called again on 7/8/19 to be told by the owner that he will give the 424.00 back when we give his transmission back yet he has our old Transmission an I’ve spent 2,344.76 to have this so called guarantee transmission to be rebuilt. You don’t know how to do business an y’all are nothing more then a rip off 100% please go the extra mile to someone else these people rip you off I have all the paperwork to show everything an the owner didn’t care wanted me to drive from cohutta, Ga. to Corbin, ky yet again. He’s lost his mind. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPNAY.
Showed they had two driver side fenders (GRADE A) and a (GRADE A) Grill went down there and waited over two hours with no updates on time whatsoever like I wasn’t even there. Then to be told “Grill is broken, fender is no good. We have another fender.” I wait another 30 min and again fender is rotted out. Waited all that time for nothing. They couldn’t have cared less either.
