I have no problem complying with the rules. Getting loaded at doors 11 & 12 and I seen the signs for hard hat, vest, etc. I thought they may have them inside or something like most places do. They didn’t. No problem. My company and I were unaware of the PPE requirement.
The guy insisted he couldn’t load me unless I had a hard hat. Again, no problem. Except the guy was so rude and eager to cut me off every time I tried to say one word. All I wanted to know was is there possibly a closer store than the truck stop I seen 20 miles away. He must’ve had a bad day. I didn’t let him stop my shine. Called to make sure the store had them before I went to get one. THANK YOU RACETRAC BOWLING GREEN!! Came back to get loaded like a TRUE BOSS DO!! The guy was red the whole time loading me. Safety first, I agree. But you get one star for the unprofessional rude behavior and unwillingness to try to point a driver in the right direction for the proper PPE. Hopefully things improve.
This place is a joke if getting loaded. Won’t check you in until 2 hours before appointment time just to be sitting near the loading bays. Being told
“ I have to find another truck product ”

The people who work here are pleasant and will pay attention to you, ask you questions about why you are here, help you check in as quickly as possible, and show you the gate number where you will be loaded inside the warehouse. The people who work at the loading area are very nice and pleasant, and they load your trailer as quickly as possible. I spent less than an hour here picking up a metal coil. I highly recommend it!
Checked in at 06:15 for coil checked out at 06:45 for a 11:00am appointment. You will need an appointment here. Their parking lot is big enough for overnight parking. It’s plenty room to park overnight here. The guy in the office was super nice and respectful. I would only suggest getting an appointment might not get as lucky as I was ?. Might not get the same check in guy. Overall great experience
Why do we need appointments if we are waiting in the line and going spot by spot?
Like this, drivers can't sleep, can't rest without paying attention if a truck in front of them is moving or not... ridiculous.
Fast loading for dry vans check in shipping and receive must have ppe wear no flip flops or crocs give number get paperwork go where the tell you to to get loaded then come back with tags and sign out no overnight parking there
Was here for pickup and got asked to wait in truck for two hours since the loaders were short staffed. Two more truckers pulled in after an hour and walked inside and were placed ahead of me in line for loading while i was first in line. Do not leave your spot and go in truck if you’re tight on clock (even if anyone says so). Coz they prolly won’t respect your time here.
Only reason for the low rate. They took our parking lot away. Can't overnight here anymore due to them building another building in the overnight/outside carriers lot. They also take a while to load.

Appointment for drop off is necessary. Must have pants, safety vest, hard hat, and glasses. Also shoes. Can’t check in any earlier than 1 hour before your time.
Brocker asked for coil racks that we do have
Shipper asked for bevelend lumber at the PU but cant provide or sell it
At the end they cant load us after run 90miles and arrived for 3pm here and lost this day

Please be correct and pay TONU 250$ for truckers that are moving your loads
I was here at 1 pm which dispatch sent me here and rushing me but this people told me I need to be back by 8 pm and I don't see any body being in line even if I had no appointment
If your dropping off use the computer but if your picking up go past the computer and find the little office to check in you will need a hard hat to even check in so just bring it the first time long waits here I just cancel my load and left employees seemed nice and they have to portable toilets out side
I’m a truck driver. I came in at 2pm. Waited at shipping office for 30 minutes for someone to finally come help the 8-10 of us who waited. Was told to go to door 14 at 4:30pm. Set up my trailer, wait until 4:30 and now it is 6:15pm and I am still the 3rd truck in line to be loaded and there are many behind me. Totally disrespectful. They know that we all are working on a limited clock, yet they have no regard that they are wasting our time and in turn affecting our families. I will definitely mark this place off my list of loads to accept. The blatant disrespect is pitiful.
Come in via Cox Rd. I've only been here at night, never had an issue. Go to staging area, you can't miss it. Walk to ship/receive via doors 2 3 4. Hard hat is required. Friendly people
Take forever to load and can't figure their own systems out on how to load trucks. Forced me to take three coils even though I was only supposed to have two. Sat for six hours to get loaded. Let's just say I won't be a return hauler for them. Already stopped hauling for the same one in Anderson, IN.
