I have been on the road for over thirty years. When I called this guy, he didn't know. If he could find somebody, take me and tow me to chicago, he made some phone calls, he got mike a tow truck driver, to come out just to get me off the interstate, really nice. At the time, I was having problems with starter 4 starters in 2 months.his mechanics, are the best in the world That i'vllwith. Mike, hand me up I'm ready to toe

Fast service, good mechanics but really expensive! Charged 6 hours to replace a water pump on a 6.7 cummins that i did in 1 1/2 hours. And I'm not a mechanic!
Great friendly people… affordable was able to fix a U-joint that TA truck stop started and could not finish after waiting 8 hours .

This company tried to change my estimate without my approval. They gave me a price of $4800 for my repairs and then they gave me a bill for $11k when I went to pick up my truck.
The best part about this is they called me to the shop 3X telling me my truck was repaired and each time I went down I identified the same issue to them.
I had to remove my truck from this shop and take it to another shop to have repaired. The scope of the work was out of their league.
When I refused to pay they tried to get the police involved not knowing I had already spoken with them.
Long wait times! Waited almost a hour for a tow and now 2 hours today.. huge inconvenience . However, staff is friendly and they have affordable prices.
Absolutely The Best Called In The Evening To Have A Truck And Tractor Towed For The Next Morning And They Was Right On Time Very Reasonable Rates And Very Nice And Polite Would Highly Recommend Them

Absolutely, by far the best for RV and large truck towing & repair! Our Class A diesel pusher RV broke down on I-65 on a Saturday afternoon in the pouring rain. CoachNet contacted FELTS Towing & Truck Repair. From the moment. MIke M. arrived I knew we were in great hands. He understood our concerns, the requirements for towing our large rig and expertly got us towed to safety at Felts. We understood nothing is opened on week ends. He gave us a spot to boondock in, hooked us up with water, and gave us great recommendations to eat at and places to visit to occupy our time. At 7:30 am Monday, the service manager was looking at our problem. We were able to airfreight the last existing part available. Within 24 hours of receiving the part, Felts custom made brackets, installed the new part, added 51/2 gallons of oil, tested the engine, had us test the rig under speeds and had us on our way! From Alan, the owner, Mike K.the service manager, Cory R., the technician to Mike M., the tow truck driver, you cannot find better quality people who know their work and exhibit above and beyond customer service. Thankful for Michael's and Cody's tenacity in diagnosing problems with our Tiffin Motorhome that left us stranded 45 miles away south. Patrick was thorough and careful towing this 40 ft coach to Bowling Green that was having J1939 communication code issues. Michael communicated with Freightliner to get electrical schematics, and after 4 days of work, got it running again. Communication loss started with bad DEF gauge, which was replaced. Felts Truck Repair was awesome. We were traveling through the area, and our fifth wheel trailer snapped a leaf spring. Michael worked us in the same week and got us back on the road.
This company is a complete life saver!! Our bucket truck GMC 7500 caught on fire with a 28 ft trailer loaded to the gills with huge stack of lumber and they towed it home for a extremely reasonable price!!! I highly recommend them to anyone and I will only call them in the future!!
Felts Truck Repair partnered up with us and hauled disaster relief supplies after the Kentucky tornado outbreak in 2021 and again during the Eastern Kentucky flooding in the Summer of 2022. Impeccable service and excellent communication- called on Monday to set up 2 semis, 2 flatbeds for material pickup and haul whenever possible, hopefully soon. Called me back in <10 minutes. Done, scheduled for Friday. Wasn’t a corporate bs hard to deal with ordeal. Met drivers told them there’s some special instructions, gate codes, backing into commercial property and multiple trips. Done. I’ve known Alan Felts about all of my adult life and since about 16 years old (22 years now), he’s created a hell of an operation that runs like a good business should and if you are lucky enough to need them, I’m betting you don’t walk away unhappy!

We are on the road in our RV and I was having a hard time finding a someone that would look at my RV generator that wouldn't start. A local mobile RV mechanic suggested I call Felts. Michael, the Service Manger managed to squeeze me in even though they were swamped with work. He even arranged an electrical hookup to keep my refrigerator running while they were fixing the generator. They found the problem and had it up and running in less than 24 hours. I would highly recommend Felts Truck and RV repair.
Felts replaced Engine in our GMC cab over box truck. Services our truck on a regular basis. It had to use towing service. Very reasonable price very good to work with. Thanks Felts for always taking care of our needs.
If I could give Zero star I would. We came to this place because all good reviews and have our class A motorhome serviced here due to over 11000 miles driving. Unfortunately , our experience is a tragedy. The guy who did our motorhome left the engine oil cap open, we didn’t notice until we drove 200+ miles after it. The engine oil was splashed everywhere even up to our backup camera at the top of our rig, and the towed Jeep behind it’s a nightmare. We spent hours to clean and went for the engine oil because we were afraid the leak of the oil will cause any damage to our engine. Even though they told us the loss of the oil level was fine to drive but we were still very concerned about it. And what they did just a simple sorry and that’s it. This is a negligence mistake but causes a lot of trouble to us. We spent $500 and still end up to buy the engine oil ourselves , and a lot of mess to our rig and vehicle. We need to go do the RV wash and car wash. So I’m asking you what the $500 for? We spent money because we want to insure worry free, and look what we got here. I know no one wants this to happen, but I really think these guys should do better than just a sorry. At least compensate us the RV wash and car wash, plus the dollar we spent on oil. Not to mention the time and the gas we spent on to do all these. However, they just went offline after they said we were fine. WE ARE NOT FINE AT ALL!!! If it’s you, will you be fine with it?! It’s ruining our mood while we travel, and these guys are definitely don’t care about the after service.
By the way, after checking our engine oil we found out the pink fluid on the picture which we don’t know what it is, it shows at the low level. I don’t know if they are suppose to service maintenance that as well, it left me very concerned about it cause it’s so further down to the full line. If anyone knows what it is and do we need to pay attention to that please let me know.
Last, I will never ever come back here of course , and if you want to do any service here be caution!!! Your service result are not guaranteed!
I called Felts in need of service on my RV generator. I was out of town at Beech Bend Raceway in Bowling Green. From past experience, I really didn't expect to find a repair shop willing to make a house call. Much to my surprise, a serviceman was available and arrived promptly. He was not able to clearly identify the problem, and asked if he could research at his shop and return the following day. (It was after business hours at that point) I said yes, as I had a backup plan, but it was temporary at best. Overnight, I discovered the problem was me, not the generator. Operator error from a new to me RV. I contacted Felts, wanting to pay them for the service call and time. They declined accepting any payment. Asking only that I keep them in mind if I ever need help in the future. I certainly will, and would highly recommend them to others. Very professional in every way.

The folks here were absolutely great. Patrick, the tow driver who had to bring our semi in was just such a wonderful person. Michelle in the office was so sweet. Alan the shop foreman was very helpful and very clear on what needed done. The mechanics in the shop were very nice, pleasant and enjoyable to deal with. They got our truck fixed quickly. Definitely recommend these folks if you are in need of large vehicle repair in this area. Just 100% great people. Thank you Felts for everything.
Our diesel motorhome broke down on Saturday. They towed it in Saturday night, and Monday morning by 8 am it was in the shop. Every detail was explained, they told us what parts were needed, and prices were explained. The next day we were on our way. Great company, great employees, and fair prices. Can't brag enough on how we were treated.
I broke down approx 10Miles North of bowling green. I contacted Felts and spoke with one of the owners. He was very cordial and understood the issue regarding my breakdown. The problem could not be repaired on the roadside, and he suggested that my vehicle be towed to the shop. He called the on call wrecker driver "Mike" who in turn called me. Mike arrived approx 30mins later, hooked my truck, and towed me to their shop. The next morning "Bobby" came to my truck and we managed to get my truck into the shop. I was told that both "Bobby and Cody" would be repairing my truck. Approx 2hrs later the was up and running and ready to roll. All the Felts employees I dealt with were extremely professional and courteous at all times. The repair bill was much lower than I had figured. I highly recommend this shop.
