Excellent speedy service! Needed a battery jump at the airport and help arrived within 10 mins. Up and running again in 2 minutes. 10/10 recommend. You can pay with cash or card, which is super convenient.

I have a company vehicle, so I had to go through our fleet management company for towing when I hit a deer. I waited 2 and 1/2 hours and they did not show up, so I called Burton's Towing and they came right away. The driver was very professional and super nice. My van blew a tire on a Saturday afternoon and I couldn't find anyone to tow me. Sunday morning I started looking again and Burtons Towing was the first one to pick up. Wow. White glove service all the way. Very professional and would not let me make payment until the job was done. Then when I did have an issue getting my reciept the technician texted me a copy within seconds so I did not have to wait without question. I use Burton’s towing for local towing needed for work. The guys are so fabulous with how they handle customer’s cars, customers and the prices are very reasonable. (Cheaper than competitors)

Knight in shining armor!!!! Waited for Mercedes to find a tow truck after I hit a pot hole and blew out my tire. After waiting two hours for them to find someone, Burtons came within 25 minutes of a phone call dropped our car, took us to a hotel, and made a call to the service manager to get to us as early as possible so we could get back on the road. Highly recommend and truly appreciated their kindness toward stranded travelers. Call them!!!
If you’re not using these folks as your main towing company, you are missing out on the best folks in the game. Period. Michael came to tow my car after I blew a tire and didn’t have a spare. He was punctual and professional despite having many calls and balancing dispatch duties for the night. He also made sure we got to a place to get me a new tire in an efficient time. I would call him again if I needed a tow.

After dealing with a different towing company for 11 hours and having found out my car got towed to the wrong dealership I had my insurance company send Burtons to recover my car. They showed up with 15 minutes of the call. I highly recommend these folks. Very professional and honest. Will do business with them always from now on.

I call Burton’s towing I had a flat tire they said they will send someone in about 20 min he got there in 7 min . I want too thank Chris he was such a good guy. I Locked my keys in my car at speedway on Campbell lane tonight. We Called and they gave the best price of all the people we called and were very friendly. The guy said it would be about 20 minutes and it only took maybe 7. If this ever happens again,(knowing my luck it will), this is who I’d call no questions asked. Very friendly prompt service. Recommend to everyone!

James and Mike M came out of their way nearly 50 miles south to bring me back to my home after I was stranded on the interstate. They were beyond nice and helpful. They went the extra mile to ease my dog's stress and I think he even made a couple new friends .

Awesome service, excellent communication and they arrived ahead of schedule, in no time at all. Floyd took excellent care of my car, and got it and me home safely and efficiently. The other towing outfit couldn't find me so they left, but Burtons towing came right to my location and kept me updated every step of the way. Definitely recommend, they're the only way to go near bowling green.

I locked my keys in my car on a Sunday and I was worried about getting someone out there to help get it unlocked. Thankfully Burton's answered my call within a few rings. Michael knew where I was with only the description which was great as I was at a gas station and didn't know the exact address. He arrived promptly and had my car open in less than a minute! Michael was a really cool guy. My car was stranded with a blown engine and he came to the rescue really fast. It was a really reasonable rate for a tow outside city limits, I was just happy to see him when he pulled up. I was worried all the tow companies would be closed but thank god they were open 24 hrs! They only use top of the line equipment which made me feel relieved. I knew my car was in good hands. Plus Michael is just really awesome, and knew how to handle the situation. Hands down the best tow I've ever had to call. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Bowling Green area and beyond. Michael is an extremely friendly, and pleasant driver. This morning I had car trouble as I was passing through the area and needed a tow to the Dealership for servicing. Sunday night/ Monday morning i wasn't expecting anyone to be up as early as they were at Burtons Towing. I had called multiple locations and got 'Were closed' and offers to help in 2 + hours. Michael knew exactly where I was when I told him where I was and said he would be there in 15 minuets, and even promised an update call when he was approaching 5 miles of my location. This was by far the best experience towing a vehicle I have ever had. Thank you Michael for helping make a bad morning better!
150 miles from home and our vehicle wouldn't start. A call to AAA resulted in a "promise" of a tow in approx. 90 minutes. At that point, I searched for a local tow and saw that Burton's Towing had excellent reviews. If it were possible to award more than 5 stars, we would. The driver who was dispatched to us was professional and efficient. Because Mike, Jr. was concerned there wasn't room in the tow truck for both my husband and myself, he changed his personal plans and came to pick me up to transport to where the car would be serviced. He did not leave me until my husband joined us.
I had an amazing experience with Burton's towing. My children and I were stranded on the side of I-65 south. When Mike Jr. found out I had 3 children on the side of the road he came as quick as possible to help us. He was all about safety first letting me worry with the paperwork off the interstate at a gas station. He was so kind and helpful. It was greatly appreciated!
