Our trailer was involved in an accident in Kentucky, and this company decided to cash in instead of help. They provided an itemized bill, but every single line was wildly inflated. We run trucks every week and know what fair towing and recovery rates look like — these charges were several times higher than normal, clearly padded because they assumed insurance was paying.
It’s disgraceful how quick they are to exploit a bad situation for profit. There’s no honesty, no integrity, and no respect for the people they’re supposed to be helping.
If you’re ever in a wreck, avoid this company at all costs. They prey on people during stressful moments and give the entire towing industry a bad name.
I can't say enough good things about Walkers Towing service. I've used them several times over the past 20 years and they have never ever provided anything but exceptional service Today was a perfect example. I was on the way to my parents house just off 101 going towards Brownsville. For some reason my truck just quit running. There was at least one towing company obviously closer. But I followed my gut instincts and called Walkers. They were there in less than 20 minutes. The driver Jonathan was very professional. He loaded my truck took me exactly where I wanted to drop it off and took me back to my shop where I had another vehicle that I could use. I've used Walkers several times over the past 20 years and they have always provided impeccable service. If you need a tow. Don't think twice. Call Walkers. Thanks again fellas. I have seven vehicles so I'm sure you will be hearing from me again lol. Hang on to Jonathan. He definitely knows what he is doing and his customer service skills are above and beyond expectations. 10 stars to Walkers. Just read some of the negative reviews. Just wanted to say one thing. I own my own business 30 years Greenwood Auto Detail. Unfortunately mistakes can and do happen. But also unfortunately most people have no idea the expence it takes to run a business. Let alone how difficult it is to find quality employees these days. I know from running my business I can't imagine what Walkers has to pay monthly just in insurance. Probably more than most of you bashing them make in a year. There is always two sides to every story. But I'm always flabbergasted how quickly people berate a business that have no earthly idea what is involved in running a business. Keep up the good work Walkers.
I absolutely could not have asked for better service! I was told it would be approximately 1 hour. He arrived in 1hr/10 minutes. It was at a busy time @ 3:30 pm. He took me to my home. Reasonably priced. I would without hesitation use Walker Towing Service again.

The tow truck guy was at my house in 10 min. They were able to take my car to the dealership right away. The tow truck driver worked very fast and efficient. Really good price too!
I had a very disappointing experience with Walking Towing. The customer service was unkind and unprofessional, and they were not honest about the pricing, which added to my frustration. Even in a situation where the company was aware that our family was grieving, they acted with greed rather than showing any compassion or understanding. This lack of empathy and ethical behavior is unacceptable. Towed my boyfriend’s car quickly and safely. His car sits so low to the ground that we were worried about messing up the bumper, but y’all made it work. Thank you so much for your help, attention to detail, and affordability! If I ever need a tow, I will 100% call this towing company. 10/10.
Highway robbers!!! They did a clean up on a load of eggs out on the side of a dirt road, a driveway to a farm with no traffic.
When they realized it will be insurance claim they charged 12 hours for cleanup at the rate of $150 an hour per person. They claimed there were 11 people, pumping the bill to $19800 just for the cleanup crew.
$150 per hour for each person!!??? Did you called heart surgeons to pick up the boxes of eggs?
Rip offs as Walkers towing are one of the reasons why insurance rates are getting unaffordable.
Another trucker and I got stuck on gravel service 2mi away from Walker towing. We called Walker independently. Walker opted to 1st show up and see the situation then he could decide if to call big tow or just use his car tow w/winch.
It was an easy pull of bobtail anyways. He charged $300 each.
Before I could pull out, I got stuck again! Guess what, he charged another $300 to literally pull not even half of tire rotation. He made a killing of $900 right there just like that.
He somehow realized he has robbed me after I complained since he offered to help me out incase I got stuck again while hooked up to a trailer I was hooking. Thank God I didn't get stuck. Not fair Mr. Walker.
Waited for an hour + for a truck to arrive and pick up my car and take it to the shop for me. Found out the dispatcher did not tell the driver that I was waiting for him. I had to jump start my vehicle to get it to my destination. By the time I got to my destination, I got a call from the driver asking if i still needed help. I will not be using Walker anymore.
By far the best experience ever! He did everything he could to help get to my kids and I as quickly as possible! We even made it to the dealership before they closed. The communication was excellent from the moment he answered when I called. If ever broken down in Bowling Green (not sure how far he goes) this should be everyone's first call! Thank you for everything sir!
Amazing service would 10/10 recommend the driver was so nice and well mannered picked us up at O reillys had the truck warm for my 3 year old son made us comfortable and got us there safe and sound wish I had got his name he definitely deserves recognition!

Came right on time, knew his way around good. Towed my big ol Yukon like it was nothing.Very courteous gave me a bunch of tips and made me feel like a customer and not a burden. Will definitely be calling them next time too.
Teddy was the best driver I’ve ever had. I offered to help and he just told me to stay out of the way. He gave me a ride home and was the most personable driver ever. 100% will call again (hopefully won’t need to!).
Whomever I spoke to on the phone warned me all of their drivers were out and it would take up to 1.5 hours for anyone to come out. To my surprise, someone showed up within 30 minutes, called me to communicate that, and gave me a lift to a place with an AC (my home) on the drive over to drop my car off at the shop. Thank you for such great service and friendly, reliable handy men.
Price was reasonable, driver was professional and friendly. I was broke down approximately 30 minutes from home. They got my vehicle home. Truck was new, nice, and comfortable. Conversation was professional and friendly on the way there.
Airstream motor home needed a 30 mile ride to a service center. Driver was professional, careful, diligent, and everything else I would want in such a situation. I would highly recommend these guys!
All I can say is thank goodness for Walker's!!! Our tow truck driver was the kindest person. We were headed back from Florida to Indiana and our tire went flat, we had no Jack or spare tire in our new car...He got us to Walmart auto repair in time for them to replace both front tires. This company was friendly, prompt and very accommodating. Would recommend them highly.
