Don't know who this place stays open. They are always closed, never answer the phone. Lie to ya. Tell you they will call back and never do. When they do call you back they back out on what was supposed to happen.
I honestly don't even know how to do business with them.
11/10 would recommend. These guys know their stuff! They were extremely helpful, and they have a very friendly, and knowledgeable staff. I have been there twice over the last week, and every single of the 3 guys on staff really went out of their way to help myself and other customers. JR was a lifesaver. I very rarely leave reviews, but, whoever the owner is, should be proud of his team. These guys were already busy when I arrived, and they were not obligated to go the extra mile, but they really did. A young lady bought a wheel from them, and they put her tire on her car, when all they were obligated to do was sell her the tire. You absolutely will never get this kind of service at some corporate place. This is the best customer service I've seen in years. I will be a lifelong customer, and will recommend Casey's to everyone who is looking for replacement parts.
Trying to scrap my car but it’s hard to get anyone on the phone and when they do answer they say they’ll come get it in an hour or two but don’t show. I’ve called and scheduled a pick up 4 times on 3 different days. Ridiculous way to run a business.
Had my truck towed from my house and when called to come get check my husband came Monday during work hours was not open all day no workers . And wouldn't answer the phone gave up and came up Friday also early during work hours workers were in the back and watched while we knocked and wouldn't answer and called several times finally got some one they were very rude and saying they didn't see us but describe seeing us at the front door. Not coming back and it's not just us multiple people I know said they are not coming back for similar treatment here sad really...
We took are highlander to them after a side-swipe accident. They did such a good job that now our "good side" looks like it needs a little touch up to match the job they did. It literally looks brand new. They were very clear with everything they did and how they did it.
I would 100% recommend them again and will continue to go to them for any body work I need to have done.

0 star. Sales person is junk too. I couldn't tell what size of my wheel was right away and that junk person couldn't even wait 3 seconds and literally yell at me. Very unprofessional. Rude! Rude! Rude!
Guy working this morning came out in the rain just to look at my vehicle. Now most will do this but he didn't seem bothered at all. We had a good chat. If I need a junkyard I'm going back!
Never answer there phone. Messages are left and nothing. Business hours are non existent. And when you show up a sign says closed half the time. Place is falling apart.
My son went to look for a rim for an F250. He was basically told to get out of the shop. I went back with to look. Was told where to go look. This was about 1:30pm. Went back to the office with the part and the shop was closed at 2:00pm. Normal business hours were posted 8:30 to 5:00. Unprofessional business at its best.
We called and priced an engine on 8/8/22, was quoted X amount (they weren’t sure what was wrong with it) but they would check it out the next day & let us know. We called the next morning on 8/9/22 to see what they had found out? We were told the manager checked the engine out & it almost started, so now the price is $150 more!
This place has become a joke. Called about a part, and after finally getting in touch with someone, he was extremely unprofessional and asked $35 more for the party than anyone else. This was a good place to do business when it was ran by the original owners. Will NEVER EVER do business here again, and will spread the word about them.
I’ll be honest since it’s not ran by the original they’re very stingy and love not picking up calls well for me I’ll say. Prices are just not it anymore boss. Would rather be scammed online than come here anymore.
Well since the Causey brothers don't run it any more and is leased to someone else it's went down hill. No one answers the phone anymore and prices are higher? It will definitely hurt them since they got rid of two people that had been there forever.
I have a durango slt causey's had seats for a durango sxt I paid 75 for each seat tried to put them in and the drivers side fit but the passenger side didn't. THE NEXT DAY they wouldn't refund the passenger seat when I got there after telling me to bring it back and they'd charge a 25 dollar restocking fee that I agreed to before driving to causey's. Companies like this are what is destroying our country . Screw the little man da#mn crooks
Always pretty good service good parts always willing to leave a part outside if we need to pick it up after hours always real good and friendly never really got a bad part from them except for one motor but they took care of that always knowledgeable about car parts would recommend anybody needing a part to get it from there they do buy scrap I do believe and they also to have a transmission shop right next door we can use them a couple times
I went in asking for a simple overhead console for my grandcaravan and the lady who helped me said they don't have any and it won't fit your new van. Dodge grand caravan haven't changed over the years and of course a part from another dodge will fit. The lady helping me was looking at me rudely and glared at me like I was an alien not knowing what I'm talking about.i will not be back.
I called them last week regarding a car I needed scrapped so they told me they'd send someone out Monday. Got a voice mail around 2:30 saying someone was on their way but they never showed up. Called again this morning and again was told they'd send someone out and....nothing. Not even a call. I work 3rd shift and had to stay up all day for both of those days this week for nothing. I definitely won't be wasting my time on them again.
You can get almost any car part you need if they don't have it they'll check locally and surrounding areas and further depending on how far you would travel. They'll also see if they can get it delivered to their location. Reasonably priced. They installed my battery for me just had to wait a few min for available person.
I purchased a Honda Element from a private party that needed an engine. I called Causeys and talked to Danielle.They not only had an engine with low miles for a great price, but David even knocked off the core charge, since the AC compressor and starter had been broken when the car wrecked, making it not a COMPLETE engine as I was quoted. They even opened on Saturday, so I could pickup the car and engine in one trip, since I lived two hours away. I installed the engine, and it ran great, and also had very good compression. I've dealt with these guys maybe 10 years ago, and they were very friendly and accommodating then too. Thank you Causeys!
Okay on price of what I needed. Friendly on phone. I just didnt get the phone call I was told I was going to get to come pick up my part. A couple hours wasted.
I bought a transmission here. I got a good price and the transmission has worked since last year and still going. Highly recommend. 5* for helping me get back on the road!
They are always professional and general have what you need. Friendly and fair prices. They stay super busy on the phone so if you call just be prepared to wait on hold. I have bought parts from them and scrapped a few cars there also.
Recommend Causeys nice people to do business with. They have a really large selection of used parts to choose from every make and model older model auto to newer model auto. Reasonable prices. We will differently go back there when we need something.
Had my motorcycle impounded for reckless driving. Obviously that's my problem. When I went to pick up my bike, the handle bars were contorted to the point I almost couldn't ride it. I informed the staff of the issue. They replied that they don't know how it could've happened and showed me the bottom of someone else's receipt that stated they're not responsible for loss or damages. I would conclude a lack of integrity and will never conduct any further business here.
