Wasted time coming here. This place doesn't sell the parts you NEED. This place only sells the parts they WANT to sell to you. So if you need something small, that's not enough for their wallet. They want MORE. Go get your parts at Pull A Part or Rockauto or Carparts.com. Don't inconvenience yourself. Its not worth it.
Need a small part off of something, don't bother with these guys.
Went there with the intention of pulling a coolant line fitting from a Ford. Was told they aren't going to sell it, that I have to buy the entire assembly, or complete part. I've gone to other salvage yards that let you buy bolts, and other small parts just by themselves, this would have taken me 5 minutes to pull off and I would have gladly paid them, he'll I would have gladly paid $20 for it. Its entirely unreasonable to expect someone to pull and purchase an entire radiator assembly, Which requires special tools to remove the clutchfan as well, for a part that's right on the front. Do yourself a favor an buy from Amazon.
12/26/2023- (0/10) I called last week to get a radiator to have my car fixed and was asked to go ahead and prepay for the part which I did. I’ve been told everyday since then that they were going to pull the part and call me back which they NEVER have. I’ve called them multiple times for Tommy to tell me “oh I don’t have that car” “I have another one from a different make/model that might fit” and “oh nvm, I don’t have that car either” so it’s been about a week of me not having the part I need to get my car running and he decided to tell me that he would have it today. I call, same thing and then he calls me back with an attitude and tells me that he’s not gonna get the part now and to just get the money back on my card. Apparently I’ve become a nuisance because I want and need what I’ve paid for. I would recommend you go to Nashville or order off of car parts or rock auto for a few extra bucks than to do business with Tommy. Would skip right passed them in the future. Wasted a week of my time when I could’ve ordered one and had it here by now. Now they’re saying I have to wait 7 days to get my money back. Piss poor place to do business with. Idk, maybe it was just a ME thing.
I would if gave it a 5 star but my wife and I had go pull are own part ( which wasn't bad ,but the Rigamarow we had to go through to get it
By the way tail light, the guy who was at the desk was really Cool (ok nice ) he Said he usally pulling parts but he had to fill in for the one runs the front desk and the other guy was running the front loader so yeah. To me that was the only downside to this, Weelll that and to drive extra to get it but luckily we were sorta kinda in the neighborhood

Awesome customer service. Out of all the places I called, there Rep Joey was so helpful. Looked up the parts for me for not only his area but for the area I was currently in. I appreciated you Joey. Thanks need more people with you customer service mindset.
Had the right parts at the right price. Called at 3:00 pm, got the part the next morning and the next nearest yard said it would take 5 days for them to remove same part.
