Friendly and fair! I had a timing belt and water pump replaced recently. During the diagnosis they had to go deeper into the VTEC system on my Honda Odyssey 2014. That turns out not to be the issue and the did not charge me for that after all. They do a nice job and have been happy with their work. The price seemed a little high but doesn’t everything these days?

Awesome experience from start to finish. Very personable and knowledgeable people working the counter and under the car lifts. They QC’d all the new parts to be installed and found bad parts from the supplier and sent out for new ones immediately. Recommended them half a dozen times all ready and will continue to give them my business!

I get consistent good advice and good service. I've been talked out of things I didn't need before, which gives me confidence that I only get talked into things I do need. I don't mind paying for a service when I know it's going to be done right and backed up.

I am writing to share my experience with Simpsonville Automotive. If there was a way to provide a higher review, I would. My son was traveling back to school in TN from OH late on a Sunday evening and started having problems with his truck (cv axle). I started looking up nearby repair shops for him while he was trying to determine the exact issue with what happened. I texted Simpsonville Automotive and they responded immediately. Once again this was on a Sunday evening. They went above and beyond to help assist in our situation. They offered to help with a tow, let us know where we could leave the truck, that we would be able to work everything out over the phone and he could continue his way down to school. I have never received amazing customer service like this and I can’t thank them enough.

left truck for engine problems,they did a very detailed inspection,found the truck needed more work,i had the work done,i found that i was use to the trucks problems,could of lead to very costly safety issues,i had extra finances avialable to have a 86k mile service done on top of additional work,was worth every pennie,my advice,save money for additional mileage work,fluid changes/tune ups,etc etc.thankyou Simpsonville Auto

Vehicle was serviced by Lexus (oil change) the day before. When they reset the oil life, they hit the “disengage power rear door” by mistake. Hated to pay $200 for service tech to change the setting, BUT they told me up front how much diagnostics would cost, and they charged exactly that amount. Timely, friendly, service that resolved the issue. Can’t ask for more than that. Will bring future business back to them.

I have been taking all four of our vehicles to Simpsonville Automotive for the past 8 years. They have always been honest and thorough in service and repair options. They are professional, courteous and they guarantee their work. I have never had a bad experience with Woody and his team.

Excellent customer service. Assessed other issues with the car in addition to the tire replacement, which was the primary reason why my car went into the shop. Provided a loaner car to me while my own car was worked on.

It started with a dead battery, but after a thorough diagnostic by Woody and his team, needed maintenance was done on many systems, and now my Juke is performing as it should..I highly recommend Simpsonville Automotive!!

Had my Audi towed there after Audi of Louisville ruined it, and although they said it was beyond repair, they were honest. I'm going to start taking my cars here. The staff is highly knowledgeable and will explain in detail what your car will need. Update: I took my Infiniti here and they replaced the starter and fluid changes. A $2400 job at Louisville Infiniti for less than $1900. Car has a lot more power now and I don't have to dread starting it up when I press the engine start button anymore.

I had a nail in my tire and my tire was going flat and I pulled in and Woody and his team got me in right away. They also found another problem I was having and was able to go ahead and fix it on the spot as well. Woody and his team are awesome!

Simpsonville Auto was able to get me in fast and get my vehicle serviced quickly. I like the report they give you on items that need to be done. The report can help prioritize what needs to be done now and things to be done next time.

Have used them for our 2008 Nissan Frontier and while it has been a project they have always been fair, transparent and timely. Will continue to use as they are a great shop to work with

These guys are absolutely amazing. They fixed my Ecodiesel Ram 1500 when the fuel pump gave out. They diagnosed it and provided a list of required and suggested repairs and waited for approval. Excellent professionalism and expert troubleshooting from this company, Father and son owned to so please support these guys if youre ever in the area or out of town they will take care of you like family.

Simpsonville Auto is the best in Shelby Co. They are very friendly and great to work with. They showed me and addressed the issues with my car, and had it back to me in no time. They even had a loaner car in case I needed a car while my car was being repaired. Thank you Simpsonville Automotive, I highly recommend them for all you car needs.

I brought in my 2014 ram that I have been having issues another shop and tried several times to fix with no success. Woody and Austin took great care of me. They got my truck towed from the highway into the shop and all I had to do was shop pick it up when it was done I would definitely recommend them to anybody that asked.

Austin answered every question and concern I had. The work on my car was done correctly and well done the first time. Customer service is top notch and found my home for a new mechanic! Added bonus was done quickly as well.

These guys here do amazing work! Very honest, knowledgeable, and very detailed with inspections. Not only that but everyone is incredibly friendly and the fact they offer loaner cars is incredible. I would recommend this place to anyone who is having issues with their car. I will without a doubt be back next time my car is having any issue!!!

The ONLY place I will take our cars! Impeccable service and honest sales. They always give the full picture of what repairs could be done but never pressured you to do more than you want our can afford at the time. As a mom with 4 kids in all the activities, their option of providing a rental while your car is being serviced is a game-changer! An independent shop that genuinely cares about the customer. Can't recommend highly enough!

Great service as usual. Had an engine problem with the car. Dropped it off overnight and kept moving. They kept me up to date on what they were finding and when they discovered that it would take longer than expected to make the repair, they offered me a loaner car, which I actually needed. Car runs and sounds great.

These people are 110% professional! I was stranded in the blizzard with a sensor that went bad and gave me power issues. They fit me in and diagnosed the problem and fixed it all in the same day and got me back on the road. i made it home (6 more hours away) safe. I will tell you i mean 110% professional. they will tell you EVERYTHING that is going on with your vehicle and want to fix it all. if you don't want it done right and you want to cut corners, then do not go here. if you want someone you can trust to do a great job then give them a call! They are not cheap and sleazy. They are reasonable and very decent! Honestly the best word i have to describe them is "professional" Thank you again Simpsonville Automotive!

I had my car all over town and couldn’t seem to manage leaks on the two front ones. Had never used Simpsonville automotive before but Woody and the shop, came highly recommended! I highly recommend! I got in fast, treated wonderfully, AND everyone was friendly and efficient. Squad goals? That they would actually be open on Fridays.

10/10 recommend!! They are fantastic!! Amazing customer service. Very kind. Not pushy. They were able to get me in quickly for a big repair. Very helpful and explained things where you could understand. Stayed in communication with updates through the process. Car was done when they said it would be. Worked with my warranty company and fought for me!! Plus they offer courtesy loaners while they have your. Very impressed and will definitely be a Simpsonville Automotive family member now! Woody and crew is the best! Took the Silverado in for an oil change, Lindsay called with updates of things found and recommended to fix. Not pushy, but definitely persuasive on upkeep and maintenance on work vehicles being used daily. Definitely aren’t the cheapest, and always spend more than anticipated, however, the long term goal is to have vehicles on the road for a long time making money. So spend now, take care of them, and they’ll take care of us. But also, customer service is fantastic. Woody even took and got the truck hosed off from the bird poop on the driver side door! Worth the price for peace of mind that my techs will be safe in properly working vehicles. Oh, forgot to mention, we even earned $5 for Amazon! Whoot whoot!
