I used this company to tow my car after a accident that left me with a flat tire. The sheriff asked if I wanted a tow and that he would line that up with Mosley's as he was traveling from the next country over and I had no idea my options. When both officer and driver arrived I actually mentioned to both that the tags were expired to which both said was not a issue.
Turns out that is a lie. A lie so grand that these jerks actually chared me another 250 fee for the privilege of getting my towed back off their lot from another tow company. $532 given to them to flat tow a car 12 miles plus another $100 for another company to pull my own car out of their gate.
Unless you're looking to get screwed out of your time, money, as well as patience please find another company. The staff at Mosley's does not deserve your patronage.
Turns out the people at Lilly's are much nicer and cheaper.
I had to call in AAA tow and didnt wait for mosbys to pick up my car and get it to a safe place the driver Dasan Walker was very good and made sure that he got me and my car safely off the road and got my car exactly where I requested it to go to be fixed thank you again Mosbys and Dasan Walker would recommend you to everyone
Jeff was the person that did our tow and he was excellent in his service and I drove with him in his truck and was very polite. I definitely would use them again.
After driving through thick fog and unrelenting rain for 5 hours on my way back to IL from the Smokey’s…finally after getting out of all of that weather…my tire popped after hitting a pretty sizable rock. Initially called Progressive roadside assistance and they gave me an eta of 3hours for someone to come out. Needless to say, I wasn’t planning on being on the shoulder of an interstate for three hours, so I called Mosby’s.
MARY was extremely helpful and sweet and told me exactly how long it would take to get her driver out. Her driver, I can’t remember the gentleman’s name unfortunately, was quick and helpful….even followed me off to the exit and gave me advice on where togo get a new tire in town. I really hope I never have to use them again :) but if I ever do, I certainly will. 5/5 on all fronts. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE HELP!
With lots of training and time, their rollback drivers could reach the level of horrible at towing. Pulling a car from a shallow ditch shouldn't shut both lanes of the interstate for 30 minutes.
Edit:Driver opted to park sideways across the road and make multiple attempts to back up to the car, and several attempts to line up the bed. But what would we all know.
So I have not use you as a tow service, but after seeing your drivers, I wouldn't, ever.
Some guy started screaming profanities from the road because he “couldn’t fit” past the workers truck on the road, but the worker handled the situation as good as you can and remained nice to me the entire time. He had a great attitude and was very helpful.
Need to update pictures and phone number, as neither are accurate. There are pictures here of their towing vehicles that show 24/7. They are not 24/7. They also have a phone number that is not active and tells you that you have to call another line.
Dalton came out to my work when I got a flat tire on my lunch break! He was super fast and very helpful! I was able to get back on the road! Thank you Dalton! And thank you Hittle’s Wrecker service!

I work for a company who finds its drivers needing a tow more often than not…especially on rainy or snowy days. I myself have had to use Hittles services on 2 occasions. I must say both times, their drivers were very attentive and knowledgeable. They tried a couple of different troubleshooting methods before outright getting the wench. It’s something to watch! On top of being really good at what they do, the staff I’ve encountered were super friendly! Dalton, I really appreciated your assistance the other night! Best towing company. They responded pretty quickly (ms. Paula) when I needed my semi truck towed to a truck service. Colin Joseph arrived within his time estimate and let me know when he was on the way. Got my truck hooked up fast. They were professional and easy to deal with. Price was reasonable. Chris went above and beyond helping us when we had a flat tire on our pontoon trailer. Not only was it a flat tire but the axle was bent too. He was able to tow it back to their location, replace the axle and tire in a timely manner. Chris kept me updated through the entire process as we are from Illinois. I would highly recommend Hittle's! Chris was amazing - we truly appreciate him!!

This is the best experience I’ve ever had with a tow company. Once my insurance company finally located a provider and assigned the case,(over an hour), I received a call from the owner/manager who checked in and basically diagnosed my car from my description. Around 15 minutes later, the tow truck arrived and safely escorted me to the cab (as I was pulled over on 64). Chris was able to confirm the diagnosis and got me safely home. Great conversation, quick, efficient, and quality service. Chris definite deserves kudos and employee of the month!
Great company. I got stuck on the side of the road ,at the Treehouse Buckner, KY , on this nice winter . I looked up this company on Google and seen 5 stars. Well they deserve all of the stars. Very nice peoplefrom the woman that answered the phone to the owner John. And the price is fair. I would definitely recommend this guy's.
